    I live in makati. There are times we use the coding car going to ayala CBD. Never naman pinara. Baka swerte or baka tamad lang enforcer. Usually rush hour ginagamit.

    usually may mga areas na tinatambayan yang mga yan.. like yung 300 meters sa ilalim nang Kalayaan Flyover from BGC going out to EDSA.. pag coding ka at dumaan ka don.. paparahin ka don.. umaga pa lang nandon na yung mga yun.. sasabihin.. sir.. Makati po to.. eh dadaan ka lang naman palabas sa EDSA hindi ka naman papasok sa Makati CBD...

    I live near the city hall. So no choice but to pass thorugh all those MAPSA, then go past the police HQ going to the office via ayala avenue. Baka swerte, dont know.

    Oh nahuli na pala once. I think 8 years ago. Gave my license and was just returned to me. Perks of being a resident, i guess? Really dont know.

    Additional qeustion lang din. Wala naman nanghuhli sa umaga no? Gusto ko sana ihatid na lang sa morning si misis kaso napapraning ako baka sitahin ako sa morning ng coding day ko lol. Though ang nasa site naman ng MMDA is 5-8 PM lang ang coding.

    Yes, it's still 5pm to 8pm buong Metro Manila, except for Makati and Las Pinas..
