OT: ako pala may gawa ng thread na to. i just remembered.
I agree, sa intersection ng Roxas Blvd at Coastal road puro buwaya nanjan. Lalo na mga MMDA/Pasay enforcers. Grabe jan. Kahit wala kang mali, hahanapan ka. Kaya ingat-ingat sa mga dumadaan dito.

coming from Baclaran Church maluwag naman ang road before after Airport road's stop light. Might as well place your vehicle on the inner right before you approach naia rd. nanghuhuli talaga sa intersection na yan. However, coming from Baclaran church and before you reach Airport Rd., there's an open road on your right going to S&R (turn right). Then turn left sa intersection ng street na yun and macapagal. From there ok na takbo dyan, just maintain a 60kph due to road's speed limit.

Dapat dyan they get a takaw-ASBU car like a Crosswind, have it serviced, muffler cleaned etc. then get a emission test done at a legit center, where it should go free with passing marks. Then, magpahuli sa ASBU right at the same day for the complimentary emissions fail.

Item number 4, read here; MMDA Number Coding Scheme | Directions, Routes, Maps, Shortcuts in Metro Manila
I am clueless with city boundaries, but I think you'll get the idea. And try to drive thru the "coding windows" para iwas huli.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
