Been trying to search online in vain. Which cities in the Metro have already repealed the number coding scheme. I know only of two cities: Paranaque and Taguig. Are there others?
TIA.

MM Cities w/o coding:
+ Pasig
+ Marikina
+ Taguig (not sure)
No coding window
- Makati
- Las pinas
- one more, hindi ko na maalala![]()
^^^Malabon City does not observe a window period, the coding scheme is in effect from 7am to 7pm.
Re Taguig. No official word, but I'm almost pretty sure about this. I live in Paranaque and work in Makati. During coding days (Tues), I go through the East Service Road via Taguig, then C-5 to The Fort, where I park my car and take a cab to Makati. Daming enforcers ako nadadaanan. Not once have I been stopped.
Re: Paranaque, we have a traffic code that declares Paranaque to be coding-free.
We need a masterlist for reference. If you know some of the schemes in other cities, please cut and paste and add:
CODING-FREE
1. Paranaque
2. Taguig
3. Pasig
4. Marikina
5. Antipolo (this is Rizal, so I don't know if it's MMDA jurisdiction)
NO WINDOW CITIES
1. Makati
2. Las Pinas
3. Pasay
4. Malabon
Itong LPC, dati, walang coding.... Ngayon mayroon na at wala pang time-window na suspended.....

how about Muntinlupa and Alabang? is Alabang part of LPC or Muntinlupa?
Don't know about Muntinlupa.
Alabang is part of Muntinlupa, not Las Pinas.
Adding more to the list (in red and blue), based on: http://www.trapik.com/road_rules.asp
CODING-FREE
1. Paranaque
2. Taguig
3. Pasig
4. Marikina
5. Antipolo (this is Rizal, so I don't know if it's MMDA jurisdiction)
NO WINDOW CITIES & MUNICIPALITIES
1. Makati
2. Las Pinas
3. Pasay
4. Malabon
5. San Juan
* If Las Pinas is in this list, I then wonder about Alabang-Muntinlupa. Doesn't make sense if you could drive thru the Alabang-Zapote road only to stop at the boundary of Las Pinas to avoid getting caught. Unless Alabang-Zapote rd. has a window just like EDSA. Meaning you can take the thoroughfare but as soon as you turn into the neighboring city's streets, puede ka nang hulihin.
WITH WINDOWS(?) - pls correct if needed:
1. Manila
2. Quezon City
3. Entire stretch of EDSA
Yes, seems like Muntinlupa *unofficially* doesn't have coding. I came from city hall one time and asked some of the staff. The vague answer was "may coding ho dito pero wala namang sumisita," so I used my car on its coding day and went to SM Southmall. Yari ako sa LP enforcer. Haha.
walang coding sa pasig. ingat lang na wag umabot ng megamall kasi alam ko mandaluyong area na yan. madami nag-aabang jan na nanghuhuli.![]()
