    change of plate number literally ba or are you gonna get duplicate plates dahil lost plates? changing the numbers literally is not permitted the plate no. assigned to your vehicle is permanent. getting duplicate plates for lost plates is easier just got mine for my car cost me 4k. lost one plate kasi at least ngayon Rizal plates na siya... Pinalakad ko lang siya non-appearance lahat...

    i paid a total of P800 only for my duplicate plates,all in, affidavit, duplicate fees, tip sa naglakad, yun nga lang i waited 2 months for release
