Can you still dictate your ending plate?

well, actually, we did! well, sort of.
i remember my 90s cars. the dealer called us up when the plates were ready for pick-up in the casa.

in my opinion,
"because before they got to run the LTO, 'a private entity was running it for them' for several decades."
when the entity left, they all of a sudden had to learn how to run it themselves.
and they're still learning.

You cant change plate numbers anymore once theyre released. Para di makalusot mga carnap.

officially, no.
that means, if you don't get the number you ordered, you can not complain.

un-officially, "tao din ang nag-o-operate ng makina ng LTO."
given the proper motivation, "they can be reasoned with."

LTO has temporarily suspended the special plates program.

Yung samin tinanong lang ako ano preferred ko na ending number, wala na siningil sa akin. 8 pinili ko nung una kaso sabi ni SA wala na daw so pinapili nya ko dun sa available pa.

What do you think Doc hahaha. Syempre wala. Kaya I'm thinking kung papa special plate pa pero the problem is baka di ko ma enjoy special plate since my 2yr old suv still has not received the REAL plates

This is true, ayaw na nila kahit magkano...
3 years ago i paid 38K for special plates 2 letters and 2 numbers (di ko pa rin nareceive hanggang ngayon)
