    Ano itong mga blue numbered plates? May nakita akong 8 Diba pag govt dapat red?

    most likely improvised, or altered. yung mga low numbered plates (8, 7, etc.) color green din sila. pag yung mga nag start sa letter S, usually government plates so red yung color.

    yung blue plates meron 2 klase. 4 digit blue plates are diplomatic plates. 5 digit blue plates fall under the OEV category (other exempt vehicles) ata. these were registered as tax free vehicles, not necessarily diplomatic.

    A blue plate number with just an "8" centered? That means the vehicle belongs to a member of the Congress. This "special" plate is attached in the front portion of the vehicle, while the rear portion of the vehicle should display its regular plate when the vehicle was first registered (three alphabets followed by three numerals).

    ive also seen 8 plate na blue and im curious kung orig ba ito kasi kakilala ko totoong 8 pero red yun kanya. pero ive also seen 8 plates on the new rizal plates blue yun pagkasulat. pero ive seen 8 naman on regular plain white background.

    number001, bawal ba yun 8 un harap and likod? ive seen it on a couple of cars doing that around the metro.

    Yep blue 8 na centered. Did not see the back plate. I always thought that congressmen have red 8. Kung sa Congressman yun, personal car ba ito? O pwede rin sa extended family and friends?

    I dont think that it was the Congressmans car. It was a Getz and no escort.

    ang official lto issued 8 plates dapat green, tapos nakalagay yung district ni congressman, pati yung year ng expiration.. (term of office)...

    pag blue, gawa lang niya yun.. baka kinabitan ng sticker...

    interstingly enough i saw a yellow ferrari f430 with a low number plate "8" front and rear. iba talaga nagagawa ng pera. oh i saw the ferrari on you tube. will come back with the vid search ko muna ulit

    Bawal po siguro kapag harap likod... Kapag may ginawang mali hindi na mahahabol iyan.
