    I doubt the SCTEX management would be answerable to this, they could only accost the kids that were throwing those stones. They can't even file a case because they are minors. Just make an insurance claim for it to be fixed but you have to pay your participation.

    This is indeed very dangerous and a hazzard to everyone. They should have patrol visibility, those people only stationed themselves beneath the overpass to apprehend over speeding motorists.

    actually nabalita na sa tv patrol yang ganyang insidente.ang ginawa ng car owner binaril ung mga bata patay yung isa.oh well....
    ang highlight ng report is yung pagkamatay ng bata

    Buti naman at napatay yung isa. Ako na bibili ng bala niya para hanapin niya yung kasama.

    This also happened along NLEX before kaya naka-screen na lahat ng mga overpass along NLEX.
