Ever since pinanganak sya nakacarseat sya so walang problema kahit 2 lang kami sa kotse.

Tapos yung child seat may built-in harness to secure the toddler.

Utol ko bumili ng car seat shipped from US pa. Sa una lang ginamit. Ngayon palamuti na lang sa kotse. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I think the best approach would be If children are old enough and large enough to use the vehicle seat belt alone, they should always use lap and shoulder seat belts for the best protection (adult seat belts fit correctly). Otherwise child seat is require...

the required public information drive simply did not exist in any version.
shame onto those responsible. they were caught in the pancitan.

    por ejemplo,
how will the car owner know which car seat is approved for local use?
shall we assume, "pag imported, approved yan" ?
