I think that's one of our faults as Pinoys-- want to appear nice and civil in real life pero bashers, whiners and ranters pag online.

We can't really sum up the cost and benefits of APEC of today and the 1st APEC we hosted, kasi we are looking only on our own perspective.

Ako ba meron napala directly? Financially may naincrease ba sa revenue KO or sa business KO? Maybe the answer would be NO, but it shouldn't reflect the totality.

The gains of linkages and connections are immeasurable.

If it would bring in the real money, that we don't know.

Should we stop doing this because it brings so much discomfort to our poor Filipinos? Should we end our hope for progress?

During fun runs, some peeps are just too proud posting their photos finishing 21k or the ultra marathon. It is another story though if one has to walk kilometers because of government ineptitude. My suggestion is for the government to issue shirts marked '50k finisher' and a matching photobooth. Im sure people will stop whinning and would proudly display their photos on social media.

fun run is may preparation, and wala ka work... eto APEC, you have to walk to and from the opis... so therefore should not be compared

ang best talaga dapat ginawa dito eh whole week wala pasok sa private sector, napaka unfair talaga ng gobyerno at sila lang ang 4 day holiday while the tax payers gets haft of it to pay the vacation of tax paid govt officials...

um, i think whoever's handing out the shirts will get punched in the face. it's no fun walking in the middle of a toxic cloud, in some cases at high noon, in office attire.

haha! i agree. fifa world cup dapat ang habulin ng pfa natin. it's a much bigger event than the 2 olympics (summer and winter) combined!

but mehn, wouldn't that be a hoot. the day the fifa world cup comes to the philippines would be the day i'd truly be in sports heaven. kaso lang puro basketball lang ang alam dito

oh well, there's the iptl tournament next month and a whole constellation of tennis superstars will grace the moa arena once again. may manunuod ba dito?
