for as long as any of the delegates are still in town, i doubt it... regardless of what the announcements say.

Sir WallyWest, if anything, i think traffic/security measures/etc. will get worse tomorrow. Paalis na kasi mga delegates, they will want to make sure they do so without incident. Kung hindi, it's on us. Agree that Saturday na talaga magnormalize yan.

So if you're fit, dapat ready ka tumakbo from Tagaytay to Manila without your car. There's no guarantee that you can outrun the volcanic ash and rock but since you have been respecting nature naman with your cautious consumption and life of green living, who knows she (nature) may spare ypu, over others na matatakaw kumain ng bulalo.
