i get that the APEC *may* be good for us in the long run, and we want to make a good impression...my issue is that they should have made the whole week a nonworking week. If nobody needs to go to work, nobody would be stuck in the streets. Even if some people need to go to work, the volume would be exceedingly less. Instead they came out with a half-baked decision. It's almost 11 and I still hear colleagues being problematic about how and what time to go home. It was also hard driving kanina bec most cars are driving aggressively na (gitgitan). I don't blame them though.
