Anyone got caugt in moa pasay area?

I just came from the province and di ko pa masyado alam mga roads sa may pasay area, when I was about to go straight to moa, I was on the 2nd lane. I didnt know na 1st lane and 2nd lane should turn left since usually its only the 1st lane. Do the traffic enforcers have the right to get my license? or dapat ticket lang? I also forgot na expired na pala license ko pero 1 month pa lang delay. Total penalty fee ko sana 3000. Pati plate ko gusto sana nila kunin. Tama ba to? Pero in the end nakiusap na lang ako ang nagbayad sa traffic enforcer ng 500.

your defense should be mistake of fact. no they dont have an authority to get the license plate, yes if they have an m.o. being an autonomous lgu they have police power to confiscate your license only. only the lto ang tmg has the authority to detach a license plate - kaya nga yung new plates comes with an undetachable screw.

Happened to me 3 years ago. Nasa 2nd lane din ako and completely clueless that the 1st and 2nd lanes are turn left only. Para ngang 3 lanes turn left dun eh. Bwisit wala man lang heads up na markers a few meters before the stoplight. My license was confiscated. Pinalakad ko nalang yung pag-claim ng license. P500 yung tubos.

Up to this day nga 4th lane nalang ako lagi pa-moa para sigurado. The fact na may stoplight naman, di ko alam pakay ng mga mmda dun sa intersection other than mag-abang ng dederetso sa 2nd lane na mahuhuli.

tatanggalin ko na sana plate ko yun pala tinatakot lang ako bigla sabi na "sir cge na makakaalis na kayo baka ma abala ka pa sigurado ba 500 lang talaga kaya nyo ibigay?" nung una kasi gusto nila yata more than 1k. pinakita ko wallet ko na 500 lang ako meron. Guess I have to read more about the policies para hindi tayo maloko.

once, i got accosted for going thru the green light (??!!!).
when i complained, they said that they were signalling.. with an LED flashlight!
so i countered, "e hindi ba yan din ang ginagamit nyo kapag nagpapagalaw kayo ng sasakyan? so pano yan...
green light + LED = stop, and
red light + LED = go ?
...pina-alis ako.

Maraming beses na, hinde na ako huminto, never pa naman ako hinabol, alam kasi nila modus yan ginagawa nila. Saka mapapagod lang sila eh mas marami pa sila mabibiktima kesa humabol
