Bakit walang ganito law?
Dami ko nakikita bahay walang garahe. Ginawang garahe gilid ng kalsada.

it never occurred to the government that they have to enforce parking on the streets are not allowed in some areas and in some, the government can make money out of this by issuing parking tickets for fees. in europe, almost anywhere you park, there is a fee. in japan, if you can not show proof of property in which you can park at night, you are not allowed to purchase a car no matter how much money you have. in the philippines, some people who live in cardboard houses probably has a car parked illegally somewhere.

guilty ako dito, dati sa bakanteng bahay na may garahe at may basbas ng may-ari ako pumaparada, pero nung may nag-renta na sa bahay sa tabing daan na lang ako pumaparada. Hopefully next year ma-turn over na yung lilipatan ko para may sarili na akong garahe.

thank you sa info.
Its for their own benefit rin naman kung planuhin nilang may paradahan yung bahay nila. At least secured.
Are you liable to damages kung magasgasan mo yung naka park sa kalye ?
Is there a law about these especially inside a subdivision about parking in the streets ?
In developed countries, pag wala kang space sa bahay pang paradahan you can park it at a parking garage where you pay a monthly fee.
Well, kanya-kanyang experience yan.
I have a neighbor who can fit his three cars in his garage but for his (and only his) own convenience he chooses to park his 3rd car outside in a manner that inconveniences his neighbors.
When we go home to the province, my father-in-law never drove or owned a car so their house was built with no provisions for parking; what my brother-in-law and I would do is to park in a neighbors/relative's house in the same area then when the house was renovated, they already added a garage.
Good thing with some private subdivisions, the association strictly prohibits parking outside of the houses at night thus making sure homeowners make ways to fit their cars in their garages. Some townhomes also limit the number of cars the homeowner can have through limited stickers and designated parking slots.
On street parking in general, I think its also the mandate or political will of the barangay to come up with effective measures to regulate and implement.

From my point of view our government is to be blamed on this. There must be a law that before giving/allowing any individual to acquire a vehicle our government must require that there must be a garage or rented garage for that vehicle, like in Japan.
the sad thing our government allow a certain businesses to operate without any proper place/warehouse. Like here in our place, the brgy allows a junk shop to operate in the street.
