    i seem to be confused.
    hindi ba, matagal na itong DUI policy na ito?

    field sobriety test? there are medical conditions that can mimc it. not to mention, the relative subjectivity involved.
    why not the more objective, less subjective breath analyzer test? ...kulang? e, di bumili! drug testing and alcohol testing of the driver, should be the first step in the investigation of vehicular accidents.

    and, if i may, random drug and alcohol testing for the man in uniform, before starting his shift and upon completion of his shift.
