Pag naimplement yan, ubos cgurado mga PUVs, karamihan ng mga PUVs dito sa Binondo/Sta. Cruz Area either kalbo ang gulong, sira and suspension, smoke belching, walang Headlight (or ayaw buksan), etc.

Let's talk about the MMDA (again) . . . as we all know, mas open sa suggestions at criticisms ang new chief nilang si Inocentes. Since he sat down in office, may 4 new programs na siya. Let's rate them one by one:

1. GO GREEN. Yep, he is planning to replace the blue-pink MMDA colors to green. IMHO, gastos lang yan

2. NIGHT MARKETS. This is a . Basta wag lang nilang iiwan ang mga vendors sa lugar w/o supervision. Alam naman nating sobrang pasaway ang mga yan.

3. FEMALE URINALS. Another ! As long as they strictly maintain its cleanliness & security.

4. ENFORCE the NO JAYWALKING LAW. Hell !!! Isang sanhi din yan ng matinding trapik dito sa Metro. Ang masakit ay pag nakabangga ka ng jaywalker e may kaso ka pa. At saka this is better than the stupid "PINK LINE" ni Bayani. They can make bigger revenues sa paghuli ng jaywalkers.

In relation to #4, MMDA is planning to install new signages: from "BAWAL TUMAWID, NAKAMAMATAY to BAWAL TUMAWID, MAY NAMATAY NA". Anyway, sana walang malaking KICKBACKS pagdating sa proyektong ito. Tiba-tiba uli ang mga "Koreano" pag nagkataon . . . magkano-ko-rean?!

on #4 -- if a person is caught Jaywalking:

-- Make the offender wear a dunce cap and a sign that says, "I am stupid. I don't know how to obey the law." Siguro for 2-4 hours.
-- Show the picture of the offender doon sa video display sa Guadalupe bridge sa EDSA.
