malas talaga today...
obstruction ang violation (counterflow daw) yung isan MMDA pinapass ako to turn right tapos yung military pulis (sa tulay ng Villamor Air Base) bigla akong hinarang at counterflow daw...
anyway di makuha sa areglo at usapan ... so kinuha license ko...

tanong: paano ba ang series of procedures dito?
saan ba ang Orense St., Makati.
ok ba parking doon...
any tip para di ako masyadong mahirapan...

iniisip ko ring i-contest..kaya lang masyadong abala yon...

orense dyan din ako nag claim dati.. From Edsa makati sa righ side bago dumating ng Guada Lupe... overpass. may kanto don hindi ka maliligaw kasi pag pasok mo tumbok mo agad office ng LTO makikita mo daming parking don kaso dami ring naka park madali naman maka claim dyan since hindi naman masyadong malaki yung office nila unlike LTO main..

Yup, madali lang mag-claim ng license. Ang MMDA sa Orense St., Makati ay ang main office ng MMDA. It's just after the Caltex Station before the guadalupe bridge when going northbound on EDSA. Dalhin mo lang TVR mo at pambayad (mahal obstruction baka 500?? not sure). Pipila ka lang sa TVR claim section then bayad, then kuha mo na license mo. Pipila ka ng minimum of 30 mins dahil madaming nagkle-claim dito pero airconditioned naman ang pilahan at makakaupo ka. Parang customer area ng Globe pag-magbabayad ka ng bills. Computerized na ang lahat (Thanks to BF). Suggest ko palipas ka ng 1 week or 5 working days bago mo kunin para siguradong nandoon na license mo. Parking space is adequate. In my experience the last time na nahuli ako, nagpabalik-balik ako for 2 wks dahil hinayupak ang MMDA na humuli sa akin. Di agad sinurender ang license fo sa claims area. Goodluck.

pinakmalaki ang multa ng counterflow may kasama pang seminar at suspension yata yan. kung talagang sinenyasan ka ng mmda eh contest mo na lang yan, di bale ng maabala kesa magbayad ka ng penalty na mahigit 1k.

Kwento ko lang.

Last time na huli ako dyan din ako nag claim pero pag park ko pa lang meron ng lumapit sa akin tapos nagtatanong kung ano humuli sa akin (MMDA or Pulis) kung MMDA madali lang daw yun. Binigay ko receipt tapos after 10 mins kuha na nya license ko. Mga 200 damage tapos pang merienda daw oks na. Di ko lang alam kung meron pa rin ganito ngayon last yr pa ito nangyari eh.

meron sa drivers "MUST HANDBOOK" andun nakasulat lahat ng TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. You can go to NATIONAL Bookstore you can find that book, katabi yan ng mga MAPS and driving books. YOu can browse there, so you'll know how much to expect for payment claim.

It's good to have that book on your car may maps(including streets of M.Mla.), LTO's etc. like how to change ownership, change color, traffic violations, how to drive safely, first aids, restauraunts, gasoline stations, Emergence hotline nos., MOTOR SHOPS, CASA's ah basta its a MUST HANDBOOK. I have one nasa car pa eh.
