    ummm, read it sa manila bulletin yesterday, it is color coding exempt.
    question lang about these plates, so alay-lakad ang nakasulat? Hindi sya custom plates?

    bakit DILG ang nag exempt? diba MMDA dapat ang may sakop sa color coding? under ba ng DILG ang MMDA? diba directly under the Office of the President ang MMDA?
