1st LTO renewal after 3 yr registration

Here's my renewal breakdown for March of 2019:

Hi Guys,

May nakapagparenew na ba ng MV na may temporary laminated plate na nakalagay ang conduction sticker? Hindi pa siya conformant sa layout ng LTO para sa mga temporary plates. However, purchased before the 2017 mandate itong awto so hindi ko na pinapalitan pa ang nalulumang laminated plate. Magiging issue ba ito kapag nagparenew ako for the first time after the first 3 years ng awto at kailangan pang gumastos para magpagawa ng temporary plate na nagco-conform sa layout ng LTO?

Where to get CTPL if wala pa plate? Conduction no. gamit ko for renewal.

Oks thank you! Buti naman dahil hassle na gagastos pa ng 3k para sa temporary plate samantalang sabi ng dealer na Q3 daw mare-release ang plaka ng awto.

Just to close the loop here, wala naman naging aberya sa pagpapa-renew ko this week. Less than an hour nga't naka-alis na ako sa LTO. Hindi naman nila pinuna ang laminated conduction sticker number at nakapag-issue sila kaagad ng 2019 sticker sa LTO Las Piñas.

Yes, you can renew even if the vehicle is not under your name. It is advisable, however, to have it transferred after purchasing. Isabay mo na lang ang transfer and registration para isang lakaran ng papers na lang.

Thank you for the answer Mr.Phantom. About po sa pag sabay ng Transfer, pepwede ko na din po ba iprocess lahat un dito sa Cavite na di na kami vivisit sa kung saan first regiistered ung car? Nababasa ko po kasi is need ng Clearance from PNPHPG which is located sa Manila.. Wala po ko masyadong experience sa Manila... Thank you po talaga sa reply, and pasensya po sa questions ko.. Salamat po ulit

Last I remember is you need to go to the lto office where the vehicle is initially registered. I don't know if it has changed already. Check with your nearest lto if there are policy changes, otherwise, you need to allot some time for that. Good luck on your purchase.

pag change of name.. kailangan don sa LTO kung nasaan yung original docs.. kailangan din nang HPG clearance..

you can tell the LTO to transfer the papers to your local lto office you just have to pay a fee.

Just sharing; after my 3yrs registration expired, on the 4th year I personally approached LTO and told me emission test is still not required. [emoji3]

Not sure if this was answered before but here goes: when does my 4th year registration fall if the unit was acquired December 2017. Plate ending 1. Will itt fall on January 2020 or 2021?

Tingin ko dapat jan 2021 ka renew. So first year mo is 2017-2018, 2nd year is 2018-2019 then 3rd year is 2019-2020.

Need a question answered mga chief, I am the second owner of my trusty 2006 toyota. Was going to renew my car registration this month, but got a flag from LTO na meron daw violation yung sasakyan from 2016 sa EDSA, no contact apprehension most likely. Funny thing is I was able to renew the car registration from 2017-2018, late upload lang daw sabi ng LTO most likely.

Anyway di na ko nag-contest para matapos na, they told me to go to MMDA and have the record cleared. When I got to MMDA, they asked me for a deed of sale before I can process the clearance, ayaw ako bigyan ng form hanggang di ko mapakita kasi di sakin naka pangalan OR/CR. Ito mahirap, kasi yung deed of sale andun pa sa probinsya matatagalan pa ko mapakuha.

Ganto po ba talaga o baguhan lang tao dun sa information table nila? Nangyari na to sakin before di naman ako hiningan ng deed of sale pag nagpapaclear ako ng record, kailangan owner talaga mag asikaso ng MMDA fines/clearance?

2016 yung violation, kailan mo binili yung sasakyan? kasi kung before mo bilhin.. yung may ari dapat mag settle nang violation..

kaya kailangan nila nang deed of sale para malaman kung sino pa ang liable don sa penalty... and maganda ilipat mo na din sa pangalan mo yung sasakyan.. para hindi hassle don sa original owner..

i'm due to renew next year but i still dont have my plate number (December 2016 unit). Conduction sticker end is 7. Do i still follow the corresponding month for my number (July)? or kung ano yung date of registration ko which is January?

Mag re renew ka na nang Dec. 2020, kasi don mag e expire ang registration mo.. then next registration mo after that eh January 2022 na..
