what's the best model lc80?

Just wanted to ask the car experts.when was the last model year of lc 80's? are there second hand units of these local lc 80's? how much? thanks guys.

Isa lang naman ang model ng local. Not sure pero mga '96-'97 nga ba? Ito na yung hindi 'grand piano' inspired and instrument panel and with bigger brakes (requiring 16" rims).

Mataas sila ngayon. Anywhere from Php 1M-1.2M. Though hindi talaga bumababa masyado iyan. Bear in mind na bare ang mga local units.

mahal pa til now mga local lc80, u could get lower than 1m, arnd 700s but baka high mileaga na, you could also get subic converted ones for 5oo to 650. kung d ka picky, but masmadaming features ang subic converted ones, sulit if the added features are working....(like front and rear differential lock, full time 4 wheel drive) just to name a few...

Gasoline models are usually cheaper than the diesels whether orig LHD or not.

The local LC80's, no matter how bare they are still command a premium.

Most sought after: Mid-East spec models with diesel engines.

malakas sa diesel mga lc80 but better than their gas fed counterparts. it's a 4.6 6 cylinder diesel engine....malakas tala gan but sulit ang power.

Mid-East specs come in a myriad of configuartions. From very basic (pang-UN, security, farmwork) to the full monty.

Karamihan ng Mid-east specs na LC dito ay top of the line with a/t.

The last year of the LC80 was '98. The local model was an HDJ80 with a 1HD-T 4.2L turbo diesel. I've seen one with 135k km on it, still doing 9-10 km/L on the hiway.

meron kaming subic/converted LC80 (yon tinatawag nilang SUV wannabe) early 90s model pero super kinis pa. Features include 4 elctric windows, elec sunroof, power antenna, elec/retractable side mirror, fulltime 4WD, front/back lockers, coolbox sa centre console, cruise control, meron pa ngang heated seats although di naman kailangan, kaya nga lang wala yatang ABS at wala ring third row seats pero madali naman yatang palagyan.

Performance is okey na okey sa diesel, malakas talaga kaya nga lang medyo malakas ding uminom. Maganda rin yong tunog ng makina at tahimik naman sa loob para ngang de-gasolina. Matibay ang kaha dahil makapal ang pinta at di basta kinakalawang. I think its well worth it.

Sa pagkakaalam ko pag AWD ang sasakyan, ganun din pag engage mo ang central diff lock, ibig sabihin, apat na gulong ang kakayod nang sabay sabay at parepareho ang speed. Hindi lang nman pag nastock ang gulong..ginagamit din pag nago-offroad (e.g. 4-wheeling off road sports) pero wala ako idea dun sa high and low.

yah, 900-1.1..dipende sa condition at mileage..we have an LC80 and 100 both 4.2 diesel V6 M/T..mas mabilis and mas ok ang 80 pero mas ok suspension ng 100..iwan ang 100 sa arangkada..

alam ko 99 unang lumabas yung LC100 so 98 na siguro last model na local ng LC80. but in demand pa din ang LC80 because of it's solid axle congiruation, strong diesel engine.
