Good news. Nabenta ko din! P1,075,000, may tawad lang ng P3,000. I found a good buyer. Smooth transaction. I'm glad I avoided the buy and sellers. Accessories were all included.

I need your opinion regarding the sale of our 2012 Toyota Fortuner. Due to an acquisition of a newer vehicle, kailangan ng ibenta kasi sayang naman kung mag-depreciate lang sa amin, eh hindi naman kailangan ng extra na sasakyan. Brand new nabili sa Toyota Manila Bay on February 16, 2012.

Maraming add-on options kaming pinalagay nung bilin. Mostly na-excite pero sa totoo lang hindi naman kailangan yun iba talaga. Heheh.

Pinost ko sya ng $1,078,000 kasi nakalagay sa insurance valuation appraisal is that price. So I'm assuming fair yun price na yon. Nakikita ko din sa ibang sellers na dealer hanggang $1,150,000 ang price nila.

Madaming tumawad ng 950k to 980k. Pero puro buy and sell naman na nagpapanggap na family or direct buyer. Simpleng google lang sa number nila eh nalalaman ko na. Kaya nakakairita lang na may panggap pang ginagawa.

Question to other owners: Sa tingin nyo fair yun price ko? Kasi nakita ko na din pricing ng brand new units. Nagmura din naman talaga ang Toyota Fortuner.

just because it's maintenance-free, does not mean you are not allowed to check it once in a while.. checking costs practically nothing..
besides, they made it easier for you to check... lookit the caps..

If I have to check/look or inspect then I think that's part of maintenance process already.
But that's just me.
Look at the vehicle's manual or warranty booklet. PMS starts with inspection or checking/looking.

no one is ordering you to check anything, sir. but as a responsible, interested car owner, you must take the initiative and not let un-interested entities do it for you all the time..
you can have the mechanics check it every 3 months or 6 months during the pms... or you can take an interest in your car and pop open the hood and look at it yourself once every month.
the fact is, unlike my battery, your manufacturer made it easy for the owner to do it himself.
what does the battery warranty say, sir? battery warranties are different from the car warranty...

automobile fluids usually go down very slowly and will give ample warning, even in between pms schedules.
but if something goes wrong, these fluids can go down beyond the lower limits virtually overnight, and can result in considerable damage.. hence the importance that we learn to monitor them ourselves in between pms schedules..

it's just like that spare tire.. it's obvious that the spare tire be serviceable all the time, just in case it is needed.. nakakahiya naman kung ma-flat ang kotse, at pumunta sa tire shop na may dalang dalawang gulong... one with a hole in it, and the other with no air in it..

well para sa akin sir mas maganda yung ganyan na pwede ka mag top up. mas matagal ang buhay ng battery, if palagi nasa tamang level yung tubig niya.

8k daw yung reverse camera plus installation according sa SA sa North Edsa Toyota, if sa labas daw magpapakabit mavovoid yung warranty ng fort sa audio part daw/ i think it means yung buong electrical warranty ang mavovoid dun
