[QUOTE=chronophile;2240635]As the previous commenter said, condition is everything. In terms of mileage, your ride is fairly "young" for most people, though I personally only keep vehicles until they hit around 60-75,000km...

Thank you again for all the inputs. I Have the same sentiments. Curios about the new Everest especially with the new ranger look but it will be hard breaking the Toyota habit.

Will listen to everyone's advice. Looks like I will replace the tires then. 😬 Bridgestone says they don't accept trade ins. 9k x 4 each sure adds up. Any advice on what to do with the old tires?

Woah! 7k? What's the breakdown? Could be fully synthetic oil? Could have opted for the mineral since your rig is still new.

Mine is 2k for the 5k PMS.

yup, i chose fully synthetic oil instead of the regular one. but i'm not sure if it's a good oil, the brand was Amalie. i thought toyota had their own "repacked" fully synthetic oil.

Still curious why it reached 7k. I know some fellow owners who opted for the fully synthetic oil on their 5k maintenance but it cost around 4-5k only.

miscellaneous items might have reach 2k. a breakdown of the costing could perhaps give us a better understanding.

Is this at TQA or commonwealth?

I have read negative reviews about this Amelie brand from fortuner club before. The fact that the oil is pumped from drums and not offered in sealed gallon bottles, makes one wonder about its quality or origin.

Just dropped by to Toyota Pasig to inquire the price list of Fortuner. Yung gas variant nila 2.7 A/T meron 65K discount. Not sure with the diesel variants. Until October 18 lang daw ang promo? Di ko sure kung promo ba talaga or meron na advisory from planta na na bawasan talaga

Sir, hindi ba downpayment yan? may low downpayment kasi sila ngayon upto Oct. 18 only sa Toyota Pasig.

20% DP Retz, not sure if the discount amount is also applicable to higher DP. I'm eyeing for my 2nd SUV and Fortuner gas variant is one on my list. Is it true that suspension is not that good?

nope, i had the maintenance at Toyota Manila Bay. Actually the oil comes with their own container which they surrendered to me after the maintenance. maybe next time i will request for their own Toyota Motor Oil. I thought it's SOP for them to use their own repacked motor oil.

Toyota branded or Toyota Genuine Motor Oil (listed as TGMO in the invoice) is the SOP. Any other brand(s) the dealer may offer to customers to presumably serves to increase their profit margins.
