    Just want to clarify, newbie lng po, i removed my egr blanking plate dahil sa post ni thegreeenthing, uppn removing the plate, intake side, dami oil lumabas, note: naka oil catch can na po ako, unit is 2015 G manual fort, ayun binalik ko egr pipe dahil natakot.

    But reading your post sir, gusto ko ibalik egr blanking plate, please enlighten me mga sir. thanks!

    I also noticed sometimes my rpms, when shifting to a certain gear and going back to neutral (free wheel mode note: i only do this when its safe ) yung rpm ko during neutral ay nasa 1-1.2k rpm parang taas, which i expect to be 800 kasi most of the time 800rpm lng ,
    Normal lang po ba?

    Saan po kaya pumupunta yung langis na ito kung naka blank? Wala kc ako OCC. bka mas madami oil nung sa akin.

    buffled na in stock form ang valve cover ng mga engines para hindi tumalsik ang oil papunta sa turbo at mapunta sa intake track/manifold. kumbaga, extra saluhan yung catch can para saluhin naman yung mga hindi na-trap sa valve cover.

    yung iba namang owners ng fort, kahit mga 1st gen, wala namang problema kahit walang OCC, basta properly maintained lang. madami pang tumatakbo sa kalye

    ang masama kasi, kapag naghalo yung konting oil na napupunta sa intake at humalo sa exhaust gases (soot/particle matter) na pinapadaan ng EGR, kapag naghalo yun, parang putik na yun sa intake manifold natin at kapag tumagal pa, nagiging parang aspalto. in the long run, makakasira siya, pero ang tanong, gaano katagal siya masisira?

    kaya kung iisipin natin, tumatagal nga yung mga D4d engines na hindi nagpa EGR blocking, kaya kung nagpa blocking pa at may OCC, mas tatagal pa ang buhay ng makina, basta tama ang oil change interval base sa usage.

    yung mga walang OCC, para iwas umabot yung oil sa intake, wag sagad ang oil tuwing oil change. 1 notch lower lang full mark ng dipstick ok na yun, kaya nga kapag nasa low level yung oil mo, hindi naman ibig sabihin na wala ka ng oil, kulang lang. kadalasan kasi, kung mag fill tayo ng oil tuwing oil change, base on book/manual ang capacity. ang hindi natin napapansin na hindi naman tuwing oil change, nauubos yung lumang oil sa pag drain. meron paring natitira kahit papaano. kaya minsan magtataka ka, 7 liters sa iba, pero sayo 6.5 liters lang.

    madami makikita sa net kung ano mangyayari kapag naghalo yung soot at oil sa intake.

    Mga sir, yung new Fort ko baligtad yung steering wheel. Ok naman sya walang issue kaso baligtad lang yung logo ng Toyota. Wala bang problem ito?

    Gusto ko sanang ipaayos sa casa kaso wala pa akong plate e. Pwede bang DIY ito and wala kayang issue sa warranty and wheel / steering wheel alignment kapag ginalaw namin?

    Need your help mga sir. First time car owner here e.

    paayos mo na lang sa any toyota branch sir, warranty naman yan, yun sa akin papawheel align ko rin, kumakabig sa kaliwa kapag nakastraight yun steering wheel.

    Guys sino may updated map ng avt? Oct 2014 yung version ko. Sabi ng avt call toyota daw. Pumunta ako toyota wala pa daw kasi sila copy ng 2015. Wala rin download link sa website ng avt for fortuner. Sana may maka share dyan. Thx

    sirs, may i ask some questions about the fort. I drive a 2007 and 2011, all gas-powered. my problem with the former is, everytime i press the break pedal seems to me too deep. is the problem with the pedal only or it goes with the breakpads? with respect to the 2011 model, how do we minimize the noise of the seats on the third row (hanging). thank you in advance.

    Mga sir, ayaw po gumana ng dvd ng fort pag umaandar, gagana pag naka hand break lang..saan po ba pwede ipa disable para kahit umaandar ang car magamit? At magkano po kaya aabutin?
