Greetings! 2013 2.7 gas yung fort namin. gamit ng erpat ko tas bigla daw umusok yung ilalim at naglock yung mga rear wheels. diagnosis ng toyota, sira na daw yung differential. san ba madali makahanap ng second hand na ganyang part? salamat mga tropa!

bat umusok? meron bang friction lining ang differential?
baka naman, nag-lock ang brakes sa likod.., dahil hindi na-release yung handbrake lever??... kumalas ang pads at tumukod..?

Di ko lang alam. Pinatingin agad namin sa toyota at yun ang diagnosis nila. May alam ba kayo na mapagkukuhanan ng second hand na differential?

does the vehicle still roll? if the rear wheels seem cemented in place, not even a millimeter of movement, i'd bet on the brake pad tukod.
you might first try another mechanic.. they're cheaper than a used differential..

errr... perhaps the diff. can be opened and fixed? it's still cheaper than a surplus assembly, i suppose.

Wala pa, probably because it has gated shifters together with the audi shared brake-shifter-lock.
That is kung user error talaga yang SUA as studies suggest.

Kung up for debate sana yung issue siyempre lalabanan ko pa kaso differential nga talaga yung may problema. Naghahanap ako ng second hand para magamit pa fort ko kasi sabi ng toyota 2 months pa bago makuha yung bagong differential.
