For the D4-D models, you've good torque at a wide range of RPM. In addition, when you need extra power, the turbo will kick-in to give you that added boost to overtake a slow-moving car in front of you.
I'm not so sure about the VVTi lang... But, my colleague swears by the power of his 2.7G in overtaking along the NLEX. And, he says he just stayed in D.![]()
