January 18th, 2019 03:44 PM #2Possible or one of the rectifier is busted. Hook up a volt-meter to check voltage drop.
May whining sound ba as you rev or the steering becomes hard?

January 18th, 2019 04:01 PM #4Hard steering(EPS) and whining noise is a tell-tale sign of busted alternator/ rectifier.
For 2nd issue, could be a tampered fan wiring. If not tampered, a shorted thermo switch/ AC senser.

January 18th, 2019 04:44 PM #8Try ko check pero makikita rin yan ng electrician na titingin ng alternator mo. Same lang nman ng 2nz yang 1nz.
Yun wire ng fan sa relay nkkabit so yung primary ng relay i-trace mo ,o kung saan tampered malamang sa acc-on position kinabit.
