    Possible or one of the rectifier is busted. Hook up a volt-meter to check voltage drop.

    May whining sound ba as you rev or the steering becomes hard?

    yes steering becomes hard... at bakit direct yung fan nya ag on yung susi mag on na yung radiator Fan nya..

    Hard steering(EPS) and whining noise is a tell-tale sign of busted alternator/ rectifier.

    For 2nd issue, could be a tampered fan wiring. If not tampered, a shorted thermo switch/ AC senser.

    ah ok sir thanx pa service ko nalang alternator,... i will check also the thermo switch? is the same switch for the temperature guage?

    iirc coolant sensor and thermo switch are separate bung screwed on different location in the engine.

    Your air conditioner is on ... Turn it off before shutting down engine ... or someone hard wired your radiator fan to be on all the time ...

    Clean the Throttle body and MAF sensor. That should help, of not fix it.
