Vios 1.3E Bago

Mga kaibigan,

Bago lang ako dito. Kabibili ko lang din ng car. At nirecommend ng friend ko na mag-log dito sa tsikot.com forum.

So....

Baka meron kayong mga recommendasyon na gawin sa car ko. Kasi wala akong kaalam-alam sa pagsasasakyan, first time ika nga.

Since bago pa car mo, I suggest you don't do anything to your car because it might void some of your warranty.

The most you can do is replace the wheels (a.k.a. as Mags) to a better looking one.

But hey it's your car, just my :twocents:

pwede mo rin PM si Impulzz or blackmagic

baka pwede ka din post ng Pics ng ride mo para mas madali mag advice

Oo nga pala, may warranty. Kaya wala masyado magagawa.

Siguro mag-search na lang ako dito sa forum tungkol sa tamang pag-maintain ng car.

This is what I usually do to new cars:
*Clear license plate cover to protect the license plate
*Anti-theft system with keyless entry (if not equipped)
*Improved horn
*Stick-on 'fish-eye' round mirrors on side mirrors
*Side mirror etching (Big Bert's)
*Replace cigar lighter with a rubber plug with no smoking logo on it
*Window tint (if not equipped)
*Chrome valve stem cover

I also put in:
*Better floor mats
*Early warning device
*Jumper cables
*Towing cable
*Fire Extinguisher
*First aid kit (basic)
*More tools (I also put in latex and leather gloves so my hands won't get dirty when I change a flat or scalded should I need to work on hot engine)

Ayun lang.

siguro kaya vios 1.3e ang car mo dahil nasa budget ka... sa panahon ngayon kailangan mag tipid... iyun kailangan lang ang dapat bilhin... since bago lang siya at underwarranty pa whag mo ipa-modify ang kotse mo... kung maari iwasan ang impluse na lagyan ng stickers ang kotse mo... isa pa sarap ng amoy ng bagong kotse kaya whag na whag ka bumili ng shaldan na pabango sa kotse(yuck as in)...

isa lang gagawin mo sundin mo lang iyun pms recommended ng car manufacturer...

kung sakali naman may pang sunog ka sa bulsa mo eh its upto you kung ano gusto mo... pwede mo dalhin kay A-toys para malagyan ng skirts, spoilers... then fusion r para lagyan ng cold air intake, pvoit volt stabilizer and grounding wires, tachometer with led shift light... sa banawe, mufflers, headers, install audio video system, replace oem headlights with HID, replace front oem seats with sparco racing bucket seats, change steering wheel with MOMO steering wheel, change the ordinary steel rims and wheels with concepts one magwheels 17" and michelin tire... for lowering eibach springs, dampers,coil over, spacers, anti-roll bars, etc etc etc... grabe sobrang dami kung talaga gugustohin mo...

just be practical...

keep it stock within the next two to three years. pagsawaan mo muna ang freshness nya before modyfing or changing everything, even the mags (unless it came with stock iron or steel rims).

You might also want to change your car's sound system. I mean not those set-up w/ all the expensive and unnecessary space consuming stuff.

A decent Head Unit w/ a nice mid-class set of speakers will do.

just keep it simple and practical .. for me id just change the horns to a better one, install oem foglights if wala pa .. im not sure kasi kung sa 1.3E meron na and last is just get the stock 15s of the 1.5 G for your 1.3E your car would look much better plus warranty de mawawala

nga pala, kung sa toyota shaw mo kinuha vios mo, check mo yung undercoat kung tuyo na. yung sa kin almost 2 months na di pa tuyo. me isang fortuner na kinuha dun january 2006 di pa rin tuyo last month kaya pinaulit undercoat. yung sa kin uulitin sa toyota shaw sa 1st 1k PMS.

outsource kse undercoating nila kaya di maganda. nung tumawag sa kin yung after sales service staff nila to get feedback on the way toyota shaw handled the transaction, sabi ok naman pero bulok yung pag-apply ng undercoat kaya papaulit ko hehe

Maganda din mag-keep ng sariling service record. Para kahit hindi na sa casa pinapaservice, may record pa din. Hindi mo pa makakalimutan magpa-oil change.

Sakin parang notebook. Four columns. Date/Mileage/Work Done/Parts used (including brand).

*kmo: wala pang foglights ang 1.3 variants. afaik, ang may foglights lang is yung 1.5G.

kung ganun lagyan na ng foglights hehe and 1.5G rims and ok na yang vios mo
