August 31st, 2013 12:46 AM #1Just want to share my very bad experience with Toyota Quezon Avenue. I had my car serviced with them (body repair). When i picked up my car, nakita ko naubos ang gas and tumaas ang odometer, meaning ginamit nila ang kotse ko. there's no reason for them to use or even drive test the car because body repair yung ginawa nila. what's worse, ang daming scratches sa interior ng kotse. They refused to take responsibility. And when I complained, pinagtataguan pa ako ng mga managers - both Service and Customer Relations Managers. What a very lousy service. Will definitely not recommend buying Toyota. Importante ang aftersales service. Obviously, they cannot provide good aftersales service.

Sir, I highly recommend Toyota Pasig. I'm very happy with their service. I trust that casa so much that I leave my car there for 2 or 3 days when I don't have time to pick it up. I also have a habit of not letting my tank go beyond 1/2 so when I leave it at the casa, the fuel gauge doesn't go down that much even if some of my warranty claims needed a test drive. Any parts that they change iniiwan nila sa loob ng auto kaya alam mo napaltan. Just establish a good relationship with your new service advisor so you are sure that he will take care of your car.

hmmmm.. sa tingin ko dito sir, hiwalaya yung body repair center nila from the casa itself. Yun ibang casa kasi ganon since di kasya lahat sa are ng dealership. Sorry for your bad experience.
