I don't think na manipulated ang ODO. Kasi may computer yung trip meters ng Camry. Tapos may service records ;)

na shoot sa imburnal yan kaya barag tierod and bearings. no way those parts (especially the bearings) shoud fail at only 13,000 kms. unless it's a defective part. but since it's part of the suspension/drivetrain it's going to very hard to prove that those parts were/are indeed defective from the start.
once you get to drive the Camry on a regular basis it's gonna be harder for you to part with it. i also had a Trooper and swapped it with my current 03 Camry. my intention was to eventually swap the Camry for a Starex, but as the days went na in-love na ako sa Camry. so now I'm like "screw fuel efficiency, creature-comfort is the way to go!" and to think my car is a 2.4V and is older than yours, once you feel the power of that relatively new V6 engine sold ka na agad!

and btw, what's wrong with Silver? personally i prefer silver over any of those pearl colors. it's a classic color kasi, and if you know how to enhance it with contrasting details lalabas ang ganda nyen.

Its also possible to tamper digital odometer. The only reliable basis of the mileage should be using casa service records.

kung buy and sell ill take the car pero for personal use... no na ko kasi mabarag yung tie rod and bearing under 2 years shows na hindi maalaga yung may ari. i would rather higher odo with no defects.

mahirap masira yung tie rod ng ganyan kaaga... sabi nga ng previous poster, malamang shoot sa imburnal yan. my thoughts exactly.

kung buy and sell, buy the parts from casa then pagawa sa labas para walang records. yun lang nakapost na dito yung oto pati plate.

Yeah. Kung nasira talaga ng ganyan kaaga, kagulat gulat talaga yun. Possible talagang nag-shoot sa pothole yan. Ang kwento sa akin eh yung Camry pala ay na-remata ng Bank nila sa true owner. That's why ganun din kamura binebenta.

Complete naman yung papers, malinis lahat.
