Revo1. Kaya pa mag 8KM/Lit niyan. Pero average (daw) ng 1.8 DLX is 7.5 KM/Lit (manual tranny).

budget po is around 350-400K for a 2000-2001 model ng any of the ff:

Revo (diesel)
Adventure (gas/diesel)

btw, ano ba ang effective ratio (liters:km) ng adventure na gas? matipid ba yun? how about performance? medyo mahirap kasi maghanap ng revo na diesel, walang negbebenta. kung meron man, most likely ginamit na as service or mega taxi. =)

i suggest the adventure na alng kasi madali i maintain. tapos kung gusto mo pa, you might want to take the risk of slapping a turbo on it. i know of one person here in gen. santos who put a turbo on his L200. di pa naman sumasabog ang makina

Mga peeps...sana hindi dyahe..Pasingit sa usapan. Pinagbibili ko yung Hilander XTRM model 2000(not the crosswind variety) 490K(neg)..10 thou km pa lang milyahe. Tuwing umuuwi lang kasi ako nagagamit yun kaya slightly used lang...with alarm and keyless na yun.Leather seat cover,1st owner ako. Next month uuwi ako (saudi based e) kaya pwede ko na idispatsa ...Peace.

I'd go with neither... take your time and look for a diesel variant within your budget. I looked at a '04 DLX diesel last week going for around 380K... although it needed new tires, the mileage was 45,000kms already (owner was from Batangas), it had a bad paint job on the rear fender which was bumped and the windsheild was already replaced...

malakas talaga sa gas ang Revo. Mine is 2003 1.8 SR A/T...consumes 6 km/lit. My friend has a GLX 1.8 M/T...averages 7 km/lit.

Mahal yung choices mo for a DLX and GL. For that price, I may settle if its a GLX at least. Take your time...look around for a bargain. madami nagbebenta ng sasakyan ngayon, kailangan mo lang sila mahanap.
