what makes the 1.3 J differ from the 1.3 E ? Sa price its E 568k vs J 538k about P30,000 cheaper

aside from the price:

E variant has: power windows, mags, colored plate number garnish, color keyed side mirrors

J variant has: pawis windows, black colored plate number garnish, black colored side mirrors and steel rims.

though both E and J has 1.3 liter VVTi engine and single in-dash cd player.
Toyota Pasong Tamo offers it with optional multi spoke mags and other stuff (dunno with other Toyota Dealers)

got an info na mas tipid daw yung 1.5 kaysa sa 1.3. i'm considering getting vios kapag matatagalan pa yung avanza.

don't go for the 1.3J, shelling out 30K for an E is reasonable. I've got 1.3E last Jan. 2005 and value for money talaga. gas consumption ko bago mag 1000km is 12 km/l, now that I'm a little over 5000km nasa 14km/l na ko. went to baguio 3 weeks ago, 17km/l ang consumption ko for a 550km back and forth trip, tipid na rin di ba.

from the survey na ni-run ko sa vios club philippines, di naman nagkakalayo yung consumtion ng 1.5 and 1.3. and one good thing na gustong gusto ko sa vios is the acceleration, very decent and nagpapakitang gilas kapag kailangan mo. one frustration is the antennae, lagi akong paranoid na mnanakaw sya kaya lagi kong tinatanggal kapag alanganing lugar, ang dali kasing tanggalin e.
