February 27th, 2012 07:43 PM #1Hi,
I'm currently torn between these two (2) on which is a better buy in terms of fuel consumption and long term use as well as which is a more economical ride. Also, what is the primary difference between Vios G and E (both 1.3 AT). I am also considering Hyundai Accent 1.4 AT.
Thanks,
JR

G has bigger rims and fogs. Other than that they're the same. Get the G

Meron na palang 1.3G? Kasi dati yung G 1.5 lang if I'm not mistaken.

Yep. Priced at 740k. Honestly, I wouldn't get a 1.3 A/T Vios. Its FC isn't any better than the 1.5 (some even say it's worse) because the puny 1.3 engine is taxed by the slushbox. If you can afford the additional 80k for the 1.5G, I'd say go for it.
If you're really limited to around ~700k, I'd actually pick the Accent over the Vios. Yes there's the niggling engine knock and low-power issues, but it's really more of an exception than a rule.
