the government paid 50% of the government price? for a week's use? aba... dapat ay i-tuloy ng gubyerno ang payment, at sa mga offices ng gubyerno i-destino yan! para naman hindi na kailangang bumili ng ibang sasakyan at full government price!

Usually those cars are offered to close friends and preferred clients of the company first before being offered to the public.

My friend got his APEC 5-series for just a little over 3M. Of course, he has half a dozen other BMWs so he was given preferential option on the discounted APEC units.

From what I've seen, only BMW has made official announcements regarding APEC vehicles. They were advertised at 1.5 - 2m off list for the 520d and the 730d.

Nissan and Toyota, those will probably go as secondhands.

I have *no idea* what Mercedes is doing.

That's kind of against the requirements of APEC... the vehicles were supposed to be brand-spanking new when used by the delegates, from my understanding.
