    Baka may nakaexperience na din po ng ganito...

    Nung July 2013, while driving home,parang bigla hirap ipasok ng kambyo,nung ipapasok ko na sa garahe,bigla ayaw na kumambyo. nung icheck ko,wala na fluid,may tagas pala dun sa upper clutch master ba yun?yung nsa loob ng engine bay kung san nglalagay ng fluid.May tagas dun sa in-between kung saan sya nakaturnilyo sa body....So kinabukasan,replenish ko ng fluid & takbo agad sa gasoline station(Petron). Upon checking, palit daw ng clutch master repair kit(yung bakal sa loob na may spring). Tapos check nya yung mismo clutch master ba yun(yung buong part kung saan nilalagyan ng fluid)?..ok pa naman daw.Wala pa tama....So after 4months(Nov 2013), While driving again,naramdaman ko na parang hirap uli ipasok yung kambyo.Check ko yung fluid,wala naman tagas,hindi din nagbabawas...Tapos stop me sa BPI to run some errands,Nung paalis na ako, ayaw na pumasok nung kambyo.Pumapasok sya pag nakapatay makina...Buti may malapit na shell station,So ginawa ko,inistart ko na naka-1st gear.sabay pinagapang ko...upon checking palit uli ng repair kit..iba brand naman nabili ko...after that ok pa naman,nabiyahe pa namin ng tagaytay nung holidays...Pero medyo parang hindi na sya kasing smooth katulad nung dati.Medyo hirap din ipasok minsan sa reverse.kelanga minsan ulitin yung pagapak sa clutch para pumasok...Nung pinacheck ko before new year sa Servitek(marcos highway), Tinest drive tapos inadjust lang,tapos sabi ok pa naman daw.adjust lang daw.Yung about sa reverse,ganun daw talaga minsan.kelangan ulitin pagminsan yung apak...Tapos ngaun po eh parang feeling ko hirap din sa arangkada..

    Ganun po talaga yun? Any inputs po or suggestion kung may kelangan na palitan/ipaayos?

    BTW: We bought our M/T 2001 revo SR nung 2012 with odo reading of only 80+++Tkm.Ngaun po eh nasa 90+++Tkm na sya. Hindi ko pa po npapachange ng gear/transmission oil.Hindi ko pa din po npapacheck.

    baka yung master sir may tama na. nasisira na yung repair kit na ginagamit kaya di tumatagal. or slim chance na pangit yung goma nung repair kit.

    about hirap sa reverse, trick ko is pasok muna sa primera then lipat sa reverse.

    Usually, replacement parts for the fluid lines, such as the brake & clutch, dont last long, more importantly if the process done is not so good. In my experience, it is worth to buy original or good quality fluid line parts than replacements. Yes it is more expensive, but the less burden and less sweat it bring is worth it. Plus it lasts long! In my observation, most surplus parts dont fit well with the original, also, some of them tend to wear easily. That is why the last time my secondary got busted, I opted to buy the whole set (original brand). In your case, try bleeding your system first. There is a possibility of a trapped air within your system, making it inefficient, thus the hard shifting.

    agree ako kay nori. 2X na hindi tumagal ang repair kit.. baka nga yung master na ang may tama kahit hindi makita o masalat.
    palitan mo na kaya yung buong assembly.

    baka palitan ko na nga lang ng buong assembly, kaso panu ko po malalaman if hindi na talaga ok yung dati? baka sayang kc if ok papala...san kya maganda magpacheck if may tama na yung master?

    madali lang ba magbaklas ng instrument panel? gusto ko sana palitan mga ilaw nito.

    Baklasin mo muna dashboard cover (yung black), kung SR/GLX unit mo medyo mahirap kase dami socket na nakakabit, pag natangal mo na, may 4 na screw sa instrument panel, makikita mo sa likod yung bulb, miniature bulb yung size. tapos pag balik mo na ng instrument panel, check mo maigi kung nakapasok yung speedometer cable bago mo ibalik yung dashboard cover.

    Sorry Im not familiar with your area, but usually, big gasoline stations have good mechanics. You may have it checked from them and do the inspections, at tsaka libre din naman inspection kaya you may do the 2nd and third opinion pa. Let them also feel and test your clutch (lining or disc) kung ok pa. Kung minsan pag wala naman problem yung fluid system ng clutch eh maaring yung mechanical hardwares (clutch lining, release bearing and pressure plate) naman and may problem. Huwag naman sana, pero kung sakaling lining na ang may tama, have it replaced also with an original one.
