TROC = Toyota FX/Revo Owners Club of the Philippines

No joining fee, no membership fee (parang credit card hehe)

Sa mga gusto mag join sa egroups/yahoo groups, you can visit the following web site.
    For FX/REVO topics:
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Toyota_Revo

    For INNOVA topics:
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Toyota_Innova

Paki indicate na rin po ninyo kung anong type ng revo/innova meron kayo

    thanks

PS: The original setup was to include the Innova owners sa TROC (Toyota Revo Owners Club), but due growing needs of Innova owners and we realize that both cars are on a totally different platform, it is just logical to introduce a new club/yahoogroups for the Innova guys.

I think this revo/kijang is from Indonesia

Hi, I'm looking at buying a used 2000 1.8 revo Sports Runner and need some advice. It is great looking, runs excellent. Only issue is it has 210,000 on the kilometres? I need advice if this is too many kilos to trust?

The same problem with my vx200 AT. Is there a way to reduce the gas consumption ? At anyrate, I still love my revo. Kapag masyadong mataas na ang gas, sa garahe na lang sya he he he

    rsvtec,

your fuel consumption is NORMAL hehe

here's some compiled info from the revo yahoogroups:

    1) High Fuel Consumption (normal lang sa revo):
    **Revo 1.8 gas MT = 6-7km/L (city); 9-12km/L (highway)
    **Revo 1.8 gas AT = 4-7km/L (city); 9-10km/L (highway)
    **Revo 2.0 gas MT = 5-6km/L (city); 7- 10km/L (highway)
    **Revo 2.0 gas AT = 3.5-6km/L (city); 6- 9km/L (highway)
    **Revo 2.4 diesel = above 9km/L

    2) Minimum Fuel Requirement on Revo based on Owner's Manual
    **Revo 1.8 gas (7K-E) = RON95
    **Revo 2.0 gas (1RZ-E) = RON91
    **Revo 2.4 diesel (2L) = Cetane 50

tnx revogsx, how about the rear suspension? i already installed racho rs9000 shock absorber which has 9 setting 1 being the softest. I put it in 1 , the ride got a little better but not worth the 13k . what can i do to make the suspension better? someone's suggesting to remove some part of the leaf spring to lessen the tightness. please help thanks

    rsvtec,

most of the revo owner i know eh stock pa din suspension and leaf spring nila, i think your post should be on a new thread or in the "THE WORKSHOP" hehe...

halos lahat ng suggestions is to remove the overload leaf (bottom) or the 2nd to the bottom leaf, so far wala ako nabalitaan dito sa tsikot na gumawa nito sa revo, puro mga pick-up owners and crosswind pa lang..

Hello Revo owners! Bago din lang ako dito, I just bought a second hand Revo SRJ with a 2.0 engine last June, giving up my corolla car for this. Ang mapapansin mo not only to an AUV but also sa mga vans (I used to commute TTh riding in vans, dala ko revo MWF) ay talagang matagtag especially sa uneven roads pag konti ang lang laman.

Ang problema ko naman ay with regard to steering. Medyo malambot yung aking steering, medyo hindi sya responsive gaano or sloppy. Nagpalit na akop ng tie rods and rack end at bearing. Nabawasan ung pagiging sloppy nya pero di pa rin gaano natatangal, especially pag irregular yung rod surface parang pumapaling ng konti, so I need to exert a little effort para lang magremain cya onstraight line path. Para sa mga nakaexperience na ng ganito, kindly help me with this.

good day sir, about your question, yes normal lang po sa steering ng Revo yung lambot, napaka-easy talaga to manuever ang steering niya, even your just using three fingers it can, regarding sa pagiging sloppy, well, baka naninibago lang po kayo since subcompact car ang dala niyo noon at AUV naman ngayon, may be you can check the steering pump belt na rin po kaya parang delay ang response ng steering.

    have a nice day
