Gas Revo between the two, especially now that fuel prices are much lower.

No personal experience with the FX but I've often heard and read about cylinder head issues with the 2C.

Does the diesel Revo not fit your budget? Perhaps you can consider the diesel Adventure as well.

Hehe parang d kasya budget sir .. Pero ok na ba ung revo gas 1.8?? For personal use lng naman po ,, fit ba sya sa amin kasi poro ahonan sa amin po..

We have the Revo diesel. No complaints when it comes to suspension and interior space. Almost all suspension components are still unchanged from the factory, and the car is turning 15 next month and is nearing 124tkms. Fold up the 2nd and 3rd row and the resulting cargo space is bigger than the bed of a double cab pickup. No wonder many people still like the Revo nowadays, and mechanics have nothing but good words to say about it.

As far as I know, the gas Revo and diesel Adventure are similar in terms of price. Between the two, I'd go for the Adventure. Diesel is at around P22/L and regular unleaded at around P36/L. It usually takes around 45L to fill my tank which at the above given prices is at P990 as compared to P1620 for regular gasoline, and even higher for premium gasoline which, according to my user's manual, the gas Revo apparently requires.

nagkaroon ako ng fx gl variant 1995 model diesel 2c turbo.for 5 years ko na inalagaan.okay naman ang handling and performance.hanggang sa na i gen. overhaul ko na rin.binenta ko kc nag upgrade ako ng higher model.un nga revo gas nga lang d kasi umabot sa budget sa diesel eh hehehe kaya ang masasabi ko hindi disposable ang engine ng fx.

sa revo gas naman ngaun last dec.1 ko palang na purchase nasa stage pa cxa ng adjustment ng maintenace o updating ng maintenace....good luck sa choices mo

Sir greg 95 gl variant din po orig 2c ordinary pa engine nya sariwa pa kasi lady own at ilocos norte,, ang sabi lng kasi nila ung ordinary engine na may vacuum sa taas sirain kaya medyo nag alangan ako buti nakita ko tong thread na ito at nang makapagtanong po ..

Owner before ng FX diesel 2.0 and now revo 1.8 gas AT. Sirain talaga diesel ng FX, 50T km palang before nag overhaul na ako. After 100t km, nag palit nalang ako ng japan surplus 2C turbo, much better yun japan surplus kesa sa orig na engine. Yun surplus yata yun may vacuum sa alternator and yun orig nasa taas ng engine. Now naman sa revo nasa 145t km na ako without any major engine problem. Medyo transmission ko naman ang bumigay. Overall much better ang revo kesa FX. Malakas lang talaga sa Gas. Pero yun revo ko upto now naka LPG pa din, so same price lang ng diesel ang binabayad ko sa fuel.

wala pa naman akong gaanong masabi kundi masssssarap gamitinthan fx smooth ang handling.preno,steering,break,clutch,kambyo etc....bka gusto mong bilhin updated na ang maintenance

looking to buy po dashboard panel upgrade ng revo 02 sr....kupas na kc saken kung sa kasa meron po kaya dun?

Being phased out for ten years already, I wonder if they still make new dashboards for it... How bad is the damage that it requires a replacement? It is plain hard plastic so it's pretty durable. Ours is a 2001 unit, and it still looks fine, despite being parked outside for the 5 years it has been with us.
