Medyo magastos if you convert manual into automatic transmission, bukod sa mga related problems pa nya after conversion. Medyo nakapanhihinayang talaga ibenta lalo na first owner kayo.
After natapos lahat na nagroad test, may tunog parin! Any ideas?
Sorry guys, random question. I recently acquired a second-hand Toyota Revo GLX 2004 1.8EFI M/T (7K-E). Is this E10 compatible?
I heard a recent Toyota statement saying: "Only Toyota vehicles model year 2004 onwards with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) except 7K-E and 1RZ-E engines can readily accept the use of Ethanol blended in gasoline, up to [a maximum of] 10% by volume or E10."
Does this mean all models beyond 2004 are compatible except 7K-E and 1RZ-E engines? So Revo gas models despite being 2004 models are not compatible?
Thanks!
Mga sir,ask ko lang po, we recently acquired a 2nd hand 2000 model Toyota revo SR. My question is:
1. mababa po ba talaga ang preno ng revo?(what i mean is,dapat ba medyo isasagad mo apak sa brake bago kumapit yung preno?unlike po sa sentra namin & hi-ace ng GF ko, halos ipatong mo lang yung paa mo sa brake, kakapit na agad yung preno.)
2. yung gear ratio ba ng revo is(hindi ko alam kung anu tawag dun),short ba yun?yung kelangan mo agad mag-shift ng gear.naninibago po kc me.
Hope to hear from you mga idol.
Sensya na po. Just want to make sure if normal lang po yung mga yun.
Thanks po mga Ser.![]()
Diesel ba ang iyo o gas? Ours is a 2001 GLX diesel.
1. Mababa ang preno? Para sa akin hindi naman. Medyo mataas nga eh. Hindi parin mababa when compared to the brake pedal of our Escape and Accord's. Have your brakes checked to be sure.
2. Short gear ratio. I would say so. Shift to 1st gear kaagad-agad magshishift ulit, same with 2nd gear. Oftentimes I forego the 1st gear altogether.
Hi guys newbie lng ako d2, ask ko lng kung saan may magaling magcalibrate ng diesel engine? and how much kaya ang gastusin?
Mine is 2001 GL Diesel at 327k mileage and still kicking, nung April umakyat pa kmi ng bagyo loaded with 9 passengers, mausok nga lng tlga and need more power...
Many thanks in advance...
Musta mga idol?
*Sir GTi - thanks po sa info. baka pa-check nga namin yung brakes. pero lahat kasi ng natest drive namin(3 kasi natest drive namin before namin ma-acquire yung nabili namin ngaun), lahat ganun yung preno niya. so, inassume namin na ganun talaga preno ng revo.
Pero so far, We really enjoy our new ride, the REVO!
Thanks!
Haha~ Ganon? Ang sa amin, medyo maluwag ang pedal to a certain degree (as in yung halos walang effort tatapakin) tapus from that point on parang medyo matigas na spongy ang dating kapag diniinan mo pa lalo.
Hi ,
I am an owner of Rev0 2000 GLX A/T ( 1.8 EFI) , recently acquired it. This is also my first car. I am not that also good yet with cars. Most of the feedback here says that it has high consumption. Is there a way to lower fuel consumption?
I am planning also to have the car completely check and conditioned but don't know where to bring the car. Any suggestion?
I am in San Pedro, Laguna. Is it better to bring it to toyota ? how much is the estimated cost?
Also the sound system is not that ok also and planning to change the player/component as it is not working properly already, Any suggestion where I can update my sound system?
and one more thing the aircondition is working fine but the window is not that good anymore as it create some sounds where the aircon is set to full.
Looking forward to hear from you guys to help me take care of my car.
Thanks !
Revo 1.8A/T makes a rather poor combo. The engine lacks punch and the matic tranny robs a lot of that meager amount. The only ways to lower your fuel consumption would be to keep your revs low and the engine in top shape by changing the oils regularly and keeping the filters clean.
I'm sorry I cannot comment much about where you can go nearby to service your car since I live in QC. I normally have all the dirty work done in the Banawe area.
IMHO, the aircon has nothing to do whatsoever with the windows. Its probably just mere coincidence that the windows were squeaking while the aircon was on full blast. Just have the window seals lubricated and it should work just fine.
would anyone of you guys know where i can get rear aircon louvers for my 03 revo?
thanks in advance
Hello Staniel,
Toyota Revo is not so complicated to maintain unlike BMW, you can just bring it to the nearest service station here in our town, I mostly used to change oil at Shell Tunasan service station but you can also try at Revline Elite Autoworks it is located along the National Hi-way before SPCBA, just a regular oil change and ATF change will make your Revo 7k engine and A/T tranny last plus check also your brakes for pre-emptive causes since you got it as a second hand, it is a solid AUV over-all just make sure to maintain it properly (though it is quite easy and cheap to maintain, actually it is a low maintenance vehicle but a Gas guzzler since it is an A/T), regarding your problem at your sound system, if your planning to replace it, the most nearest car accessories shop I can recommended to you is Kid Audio at National Hi-way, Binan, Laguna. Ok sila gumawa at mag-install though yung ibang headunit brands sa kanila e mahal compared to what you can get on Banawe,We used to replace a pioneer speakers and our stock stereo to a pioneer HeadUnit there, try Pioneer DEH-P505OU. it is quite good and cheap.
have a nice day.
Guys,
Good day mga revo owners.
Thanks
