    Honestly, I find it quite pointless to install a body kit on a Revo, being a utility vehicle and all. I'm all for sir zap's suggestions if you want to customize yoir ride. If I had the budget for customizations though, I'd spend on improving the Revo's horrible handling, and perhaps improve engine and braking performance.

    Nice. Mukhang GLX model ata yan dito. Bigger rims and wider tires should improve your handling. Perhaps if you can find a stabilizer bar, even better considering the Revo's horrible body roll. I'd get the rear spoiler and roof rails (if yours doesn't come with them), perhaps throw in a side stepboard as well. I'd then go for a K&N filter and a decent entertainment system.

    Hello. New member here. Got a quick question regarding a newly acquired VX200 AT. Pag ka start ng makina, umiikot na agad yung fan. Normal lang po ba yun? Ang alam ko po, iikot lang ang fan kapag mainit na ang makina. Tama po ba?

    Hi TROC brothers, bumped into one of your members the other day in BGC going out to C5.

    It was a silver/light colored Revo with tasteful mods and projector retrofit, unfortunately he
    had his rear fog lamp open the whole time on a clear night. Glaring cars behind him

    Ask ko lang po mga sirs saan ba makakabili ng mga genuine toyota revo parts para sa pag overhaul ng engine dito sa manila.tnx po.

    Hello!
    I need a replacement for my revo's alternator. Has anybody used the Unipoint brand? If yes, how was it? How long did it last? Is it any better than Ishin Denki? Any other brand that you know of? Your thoughts will be appreciated, thanks!

    Revo details: 2003 GSX 2.0L gas engine (1RZ)

    Hi,

    Tanung ko lang po kung san nakakabili ng mura na alarm casing ng 2002 revo. Nabasag na po kasi yung amin (pati yung spare) at nakatape nalang. at may nabibilhan pa po ba ng quad headlamp? Balak ko po kasi palitan yung amin kasi pina convert ko ng h.i.d. Si revo, kaso mahilig ako mag flash ng high beam pag umaga eh, ang tagal kasi bumuga pag sa hid. Pati po ba pag humihina yung power, ibig sabihin kailangan na i-calibrate yung injectors? Nabasa ko po kasi sa ibang forums (different diesel vehicles) na kadalasan yung solusyon pag humina ang power. Thanks sa mga magrereply po!

    May mga questions po ulit ako:

    1. Tanung ko lang po kung san nakakabili ng mura na alarm casing ng 2002 revo. Nabasag na po kasi yung amin (pati yung spare) at nakatape nalang.


    2. at may nabibilhan pa po ba ng quad headlamp? Balak ko po kasi palitan yung amin kasi pina convert ko ng h.i.d. Si revo, kaso mahilig ako mag flash ng high beam pag umaga eh, ang tagal kasi bumuga pag sa hid.

    Sulit na rin yang alarm mo bro! Time to change to a more sensitive unit. On a side note, yung original remote ko OK pa. Yung isa tumotopak minsan at kelangan pokpokin. Pero yung isa parang bago pa. Last year nga lang nasimula gamitin eh.

    As for your headlight concerns, I suggest you look for garyq. He's the resident expert. What I do (1st gen design) is open only the headlamp integrated and bumper fogs and use the main beams for flashing.

    I have done calibration, and it did not increase power. It did, however, improve emissions. It was already smoke belching heavily upon reaching 3000rpm at that time.

    Mas sensitive po ba yung mga aftermarket na alarm? Sayang po kasi kung papalitan namin eh. Haha. Buti pa sa inyo may ok pa na remote.

    Napapansin ko po kasi sa amin na medyo di na katulad ng dati yung performance. Pero napachange oil na namin (at around 120k km) yung transmission at differential fluid dati, medyo nag ok naman yung performance. Pero ngayon (155k km), medyo di nanaman gumaganda yung performance. Yung clutch pala po eh di pa napapalitan since day 1. Ano kaya nagiging source nung problem? At yung mga additives sa engine effective po ba or more harm sa engine?

    normally, we just replace the filter. is there a reason why you would want to replace the entire assembly?

    You mean to say that you have not changed the oil since 35tkms ago? Kumusta din naman ang clutch mo? Mababa na ba? You can change the air filter to K&N brand if you want, and have an oil change. Sa additives depende din siguro. There are many of those that are just bogus, though I'm sure there are also those that work.

    Yep po. Dapat po ba ilang kms pag palit ng transmission at differential oil? Ok pa naman po, di pa naman mababa. Medyo mahal po kasi yung K&N, walang budget para dun. Haha. Pwede na po ba yung Hurricane Air filter or Simota (Stock)? Yun po kasi yung attainable ng budget ko ngayon eh. At tsaka sa next change oil po, balak ko is motul yung ilagay kasi yung current na oil niya is sa Shell (Loyal kasi dad ko dun. hehe). Ok po ba yung Technosynthese na oil? Ito po kasi nirecomment sakin sa Autoplus dati.


    O.T. San po ba merong surplus shop sa Makati other than sa Evangelista na malapit po sa CBD? Nahulog kasi yung side mirror ni revo kanina sa EDSA, di ko na napulot.
