Toyota Rav4 Owners

Hi Fellow Tsikot Members,

I was planning to buy a toyota Rav 4 and i was hoping i can get some tips and pointers from some members who are also rav4 owners. I was browsing the Toyota Cars Talk forums and i cant find any threads regarding the RAV4. I was now wondering if it fails in comparison with other CUV. Anyway, I am still dead set on buying one

i just let go of a 5yr old gen3 rav4 (4x2 a/t). ride is very comfortable, panalo kapag long drives as legroom is really ample. regular pms sa toyota every 5000km. gas consumption in the metro is around 6-6.5 km/l depende sa traffic. when driving on highways it can anywhere from 7-9km/l

saan mo nabenta ang rav4 mo sir? also selling my 2007 model :P

Ung gen2 4x4 at ko nag average ng 7km/l las pinas-makati, pero sa long drive nakaka abot ng 12km/l

trade in lang sa toyota during their yard sale. i got some additional discounts and less hassle to sell so pinakawalan ko na lang. ok na rin para tipid gas and maintenance, went back to an altis for the meantime. kapag maganda feedback sa new rav4, balik ulit doon haha

No sir, it's a silver metallic.

So i have driven it for four days back and forth from Manita to Makati. I've noticed that my FC is just about 5km/L. Should this be a concern or sakto lang? I haven't driven it in HW though.

I have 2012 Rav4 4x2 AT. It drives like my 2011 camry before, they even share the same engine. Malakas nga lang sa gasolina. Sa 5km/L mo Sir, AC is ON?, stereo is ON? Air and Oil Filter ba ay bago? Yung engine oil mo ba Fully Synthetic? Average FC ko kasi is around 8km/l maybe dahil medyo bago pa yung car and I always clean the air filter (ako na madalas naglilinis nito) and FS oil.

Hello fellow Rav4 owners. Patulong naman at baka may alam kayong nagbebenta nito locally:

Ayoko na kasing pa modify yung stock lights ko eh, nagka bad experience na'ko sa ganun kaya gusto ko drop-in na lang.

Meron sa mga international websites pero tatagain ka naman sa shipping fees and taxes. Kung meron na dito, yun na lang at pa install ko narin.

maganda ba yung DVD package na offered sa 2013 Rav4? nagpareserve na kasi kami and inadvise na namin yung agent namin to include DVD package sa order naming Rav4. para kumpleto na, touch screen dvd + rear camera + gps may subwoofer and headrest monitors pa.
