I too prefer bigger SUVs, pero we're still not certain sa dimensions ng Rav 4. Since it's getting a bump in size, maybe it'll have more appeal to those who want a more 'macho' ride.

Based on pure speculation and judging by the spy photo, I believe the new RAV4 is going to have the same dimensions as the current CR-V (gen 2). The current CR-V (gen 2) and Fortuner are very close in dimensional specs, with a deviation of at most 100mm (Fortuner length-wise) and even less for height and width, between them. The Fortuner looks gigantic because of its bigger wheels and higher ride height.

I think (and hope) that the new Rav 4 will be even bigger than the CR-V, say, same size as the Sorento? So I can kiss the Fortuner goodbye.

kya lng ako nai up tong thread nato..is to find out if rav4 is a better alternative sa fortuner...kse sa 22o..nasasawa nko sa interior ng fortuner...inovang innova e.....and i think fortuner will be very common s aroads ntin...

one more thing to consider guys is the engine...

sa tingin ko 3.0vvti up ang engine ng new rav4....

since outlander..wil also have a bigger engine...3.0 v6 ata...

We can never tell which one is better (Fortuner vs new Rav 4) kung spy pictures lang pagbabasihan natin. Sana man lang official pictures diba?

It reminds me too much of the current RAV4. They probably took the current RAV4 and just exagerrated its proportions to come up with this design. This pic is even uglier than previous ones. The rear lights look like the new BMW 3's.

There are some rumors that Toyota and GM might be sharing some design cues, technical underpinnings for the RAV4 and the upcoming GM vehicle. I'm not sure if the pic is a CGI.

Here's the actual pic of the Chevy. So I guess the RAV4 COULD be the product of Photoshop.
