    Should Toyota build RAV4 from Japan, there could be more production than the Thailand made Fortuner.

    Yun current RAV4 is a CBU from Japan. I think even the 1st is a CBU from Japan right guys?

    Maybe it'll be a CBU from Japan again for the 3rd gen

    SA from toyota makati told me its from Japan and only [size=4]60[/size] units were allocated for their dealership this year and yes, those are all sold already through a paid reservation fee. So go to your nearest dealer and grab one NOW!

    The [size=4]SWB[/size] is the one coming out here. So Toyota is a partypooper after all.

    nakow! 60 units lang? Pila na!!! The line starts behind mazdamazda hehehe

    In the past even with excise tax on the 2nd gen RAV4(at near 1.4M) it was l selling like hotcakes. Malamang madami pa rin bibili nyan kahit 1.7M hehe If you're one of the few who has the newest car in town and everyone knows how expensive it is - the distinction of being rich and famous, it'll sell hehehe Exclusivity? Priceless!

    any news po sa price and specs ng 2006 Rav4...? Nagpareserve na kami sa toyota Dagupan and yet yung launching eh hindi pa din alam....? any news po??? Tnks!!!

    Ok. Some might be disappointed and some not. Here goes...

    News:

    All New 2006 Toyota RAV4 will come in in two variants.

    1. A 2.0 Litre 4x2 VVT-i engine and

    2. A 2.4 Litre 4x4 VVT-i engine.

    It will be on a 5 seater basis.

    Price? I will check it out again. =)

    hi peeps my source from tmp told me the 2006 rav4 will be sold as a 5 seater variant and the 3rd row seat will be an option from the dealer.

    One agent in a dealer said that it would be a bit bigger than the current Rav4 and another agent in another dealer said it would be the short wheelbase. There would be two variants, 4x2 will cost Php 1.2M-1.4M and 4x4 will cost Php1.6M-1.7M
