Actually nagbabase lang ako sa sinabi ng agent nila na in one month switch to loan na. Parang in bad faith kasi yung dating ng kwento.

After the sale, and after claiming his/her commision ... bye-bye!

Magkano ba kinikita usually ng mga agents for every car they sell?

From what I understand sa contract with TFS, nka lease muna sa buyer of the car since hindi pa fully paid (with corresponding interest) then after completing the payment terms, say 5 yrs, then the buyer should secure a document from the TFS na fully paid na cya to have the OR & CR registered to his name na.

In the meantime na naghuhulog pa yung buyer, ang nkalagay sa OR & CR ay "TFS leased to (name of the buyer/lessee)".

*TS, saan bnda sa contract nakalagay na isosoli mo yung kotse after you have paid for it in full???

For fast-selling regular joe Toyotas, AFAIK maliit lang (P1K or less?). Mas malaki kita nila if they get to sell on financing, lease, with insurance and accessories.

Please before assuming anything clarify it muna with TFS 32floor gt tower international makati city. Or ko nakalagay tfs leases to my name.

Palagay ko sa dami ng nagavail ng tfs mali ung interpretation mo you are just creating a ghost of your own.

In the end tama sila huuing in good faith and in case afyer 5years nagkatotoo ung sinasabi mo na isosoli kuha ka tro mas mura at hayaan mo sila na iporve ung hurden nila para sila ang gumastos.

Guys nakausap namin yung manager. Ayaw talaga nila iconvert sa lease to own.

Sa mga naguguluhan contract for lease lang talaga nakalagay eto pa nakasaad dun "after fulfilling the contract the lesse must surrender the item to the lessor in good condition" etc etc. scan ko na lang bukas yung contract for full details.

Nakakabwisit talaga.

Paktay... May iba pa ba stipulations with regarding option to buy?

Edit: o ya, define "good condition"?

Ulul din yun ahente nyo eh no makabenta lang. Both his fault and your uncle's though for not reading the contract. Interested in how this will turn out. Sobrang lose lose situation uncle mo. Isoli niyo nalang yun auto if toyota is willing to take it back and charge it to experience.

naloko sya ng ahente sabi kc LEASE muna para makuha agad yung car and after 1 month papalitan na ng lease to own.

Wow. I didn't know there's such an option with TFS na lease lang. I'm from Toyota Global btw... All I know is lease-to-own lang ang inooffer ng TFS, and that's what we use with our TFS promos. With Lease-to-Own, You're basically paying the same monthly like with a Bank's Chattel Mortgage contract which ofcourse you also get to keep your vehicle once you complete your term. Only Advantage to the customer is lower Downpayment since we don't pay for Chattel. The Difference on the ORCR?

    TFS leasing is like this:

TFSPH leased to: Juan Dela Cruz

You can only change this once you complete your lease contract.

Now on the contract, it is indicated that it's a LEASE agreement, BUT there is this ADDENDUM to the main lease contract stipulating that the ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to the client once term is complete. IF you don't have this, you can actually request it from TFS. Better go to TFS directly to clarify things, I'm sure di na alam yan ng agent mo. If he/she knew it there won't be any problem in the first place.

So wag ka kabahan, just pay the proper monthly dues & you'll surely get to keep your vehicle.

    * TS. Don't worry, be happy!
