    Try to use GOO Gone.

Kaya pinagtyagaan ko lagyan ng full plastic cover yung carpet ko from front to rear. I used yung makapal na plastic cover. No more vacuum needed. punas punas nalang ng damp cloth.

This is actually a good idea.

kahit na may mats kasi, pag may sumakay papuntang third row, naapakan yung carpet under the 2nd row seats eh.

Question lang po.

Much more maniwala sa sinabi ahente eh siempre loss sales sa kanila yan.

Thats correct, even if there are issues regarding the d4d problems, many are still buying. For me, I am still fixed in buying an innova in the future because of the good feedback the owners give i.e. ride, comfort, power, fuel economy and prestige. I know there might be a problem in the future but If I give some savings for it every month or year just in case it happens, I am still good. This vehicle is worth the price bnew even if we add an extra 50-70k on its tag price. My present ride is an Isuzu crosswind 02' which I am trying to sell at the moment.

bubble gum? chewing gum? the old way is to freeze solid the gum by putting ice over it until it is good and hard.. and brittle. then you can pick it off with a sharp or pointed instrument (even a barbecue stick!).

It's true that you don't need to have your oil changed on 5k BUT they still need to top it up, change oil filter etc... In short, you still need to have it serviced at casa on 5k PMS.

Innova gas MT here. I also availed the fully synthetic oil during my 1K PMS in Toyota Manila Bay which cost 4,931.05. I bring the unit again for its 5K PMS because the labor is free. No oil change during 5K because the oil is fully synthetic. Instead they charged Amalie brake cleaner 355.04, hand gloves 15.68, misc 129.92 =P500.64 for such services. Now, the unit is due to its 10K PMS (change oil, change spark plugs, etc.) or 7 months from the 1K PMS. I found no problem with the advice of the TQA.

To the VVTi owners. Ano bang fuel consumption ng Innova VVTi ninyo pag sa pure city and pure highway driving? I'm thinking of shifting kasi sa gasoline engine :-)

    Thanks!

2010 VVTi user (brand new) here. Very conservative (light foot, max 2.5rpm, defensive driving, and coasting) driving in pure city results in the average of 7.5-9.0 km/L. Highway driving with less traffic (NLEX, SCTEX or SLEX) returned average of 10-12km/L. Not very bad fuel efficiency considering the utility of the car. Also, close to the fuel consumption of the diesel variant without worry of d4d problems. Lastly, lesser price tag than the diesel model. Hope this helps.

Sir thank you very much for the reply. Actually our first choice is the V d4d but the only color available right now in all the dealers I asked is the silver only and I found 1 unit of V na black but it's the VVTi. What we are after kasi the fuel economy that is why our 1st choice is the D4D. Mostly kasi SLEX ang byahe namin. And also do you think guys malaki difference nila sa miantenance cost? We are planning kasi to use the Innova for more than 5 years. Reliable ba ang VVTi engine pangmatagalan? Parang D4D versus VVTi and dilemma namin ngayon

We badly need na kasi a unit because naibenta na namin ang dati naming sasakyan. According to all Toyota dealers next month pa magkakaroon ng V D4d na bronze or black

    Thanks again

sir louie, originally we chose D4-D but after weighing things down, we decided to get the gas variant, oo nga sabi nila wala na yung D4D problems but i dont want to risk it, mostly kasi si kumander ang gagamit kc OFW ako, at least at ease ako. ANd now talagang no regrets, napaka tahimik ng makina, maganda ang FC nya (8 - 10 km/l purely city driving) lalo pa siguro pagkatapos ng 1KM PMS nya kc im gonna switch to synthetic oil.
my opinion only, hope it helps
more power pre and hope to see pics of your new innova soon

For me , I would not gamble on a D4D at this time until Totoya put a permanent fix on the D4D issue. I'm not gonna spend my hard earned money for a vehicle with an engine that's not guaranteed to perform reliably overtime as well. That's the reason why I settled for the VVTi. But that's just me. The decision is still lies on the buyer...

im driving a toyota Innova J 2006 model gas, my fuel consumption is around 7km/liter pure city driving. super tipid drive na yun, sobrang bagal lang, less than 2rpm shifting. pinupuna na nga ko ng asawa ko eh, ang bagal ko daw magdrive. haha
