Plano ko rin to have the EGR blocked, ang pinagiisipan ko lang is kung nakakabit pa rin yun EGR pipe (as in stealth install), dilemma ko lang is baka bumigay yung blanking plates; or totallly remove the pipe na with thicker plates

The OCC would typically have two ports, an inlet and an outlet. The inlet port connects to the hose that came from the valve cover. The outlet port is then routed to the air intake between the air filter and the turbo.

I also asked the installer about the possibility of keeping the EGR pipe. He said that doing so may damage the pipe or the nuts/bolts when you tighten it with the blanking panel(s) underneath. His term, hindi na squalado. Hindi lalapat ng maayos yung pipe at baka ma-strip yung bolts.

Kay zix supplies and labor. Used castrol gl4 and gl5. Used multigrade oils. Sa gas stations usually monograde lang kasi

Question po, yun coolant level ko is between low and full , kelangan ko ba sya dagdagan? 43k na tinakbo ngayon ko lang natignan..

Technically, that's within acceptable levels. But nothing wrong with topping up. I recommend using Toyota coolant. It's already pre-mixed. I bought a 2-liter jug last PMS to take it with me in the Innova.

Ok, should i fill it up to the max level sa reservoir?

Disclaimer, this is for me. I'm not sure if its correct.

With a cold engine, I fill it up to near the full line. A cold engine is important bec. with a warm engine, the coolant level also rises with it.

Up to F or Full level. The extra space is to allow for thermal expansion when coolant reaches operating temp.

this is what i do.
i check fluid levels when the engine is cold, before i start 'er up in the morning.
i use the lower mark as the "time to fill up" sign. i use the upper mark as the "fill up to this mark" sign.
i do this, mebbe once in 2 years...
