Uhm.... actually... that's a good point.

10-11 on the highway, Binan to Alabang?... that's pretty good... but at what times of the day? I can get 10-12 there on normal days, but some days this summer... gads... I've seen 7-8 a few times... grrrrr.... stupid construction!

ganyan din yung sa amin, unfortunately nadale pa rin sa parking ng mega mall nung holy week. ginamitan ng bolt cutter, sad part nga, di pa nagagamit yung spare tire. on process yung claim namin sa insurance at the moment. i would suggest the toyota spare tire lock, as an additional lock kase mukhang maliit lang ung space kung gagamitan man ng bolt cutter. plus yung pito itapat mo dun sa brace ng body para mahirapan silang pasingawin yung air, lagyan mo rin ng electrical tape hopefully ma discourage yung magnanakaw.
but then wala ng pinapatawad and mga kawatan ngayon.
best advice as said before is ilagay sa likod with folded 3rd row seat

The bikelocks and chains can easily be cut; a good chain is the MAsterlock sealed chains. They're supposed to be resistant to bolt cutters. It's also advisable to use a weather resistant hardened padlock. I used that combo on my Frontier before and my spare never got stolen (anymore).

Aside from Toyota, where else can the OEM type locks be purchased?

I got my OEM rims from a private seller before. 12K including the tires (which were pretty thick).

Bridgestone, Michelin or Yokohoma (avoid dunlop as they wear down unevenly). I'm just not too sure if there are 15" A/T tires that will fit into the Innova.

It should be ok sir. ang 205/65R15 ay maluwag tignan sa Innova. Going 70 series ay ok din. Tataas ka nga lang tignan. Pero kaunti lang. Tires lang ang papalitan mo kasi 15 pa rin naman yung mags na gagamitin mo.

To all Innova owners,

Have you check the condition of your center pillar rubber? These are the rubbers on the side doors. Yung sa akin kasi bumubuka kaya try ko claim sa warranty it's a good thing inayos naman nila. Common problem daw sa Innova yun ewan ko lang sa mga unit ninyo if the same?? FYI lang.

yup sa akin ganun din, pero parang alam ko na ihihirit sa akin ng casa, pinagawa ko kasi yung alarm ko sa labas kaya bumuka, hehehhe
