There's no difference between this one and the 2001-2006 models.

In other words, fuel economy is very good for a 1.6, and acceleration is quite brisk... actually, surprisingly so for a 1.6 "compact" car. Yung kulang nalang niya handling, as the tires are quite slippery and the chassis is prone to understeering.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I drove the ALTIS 1.6 J last 2005 my driving lesson in A1. Well Altis is best on its performance and good fuel consumptions. Maganda talaga ang Altis J for you. I'm just 20 years old. so younger pa nu for CRV 2.0 user.

ALTIS is comfortable driving around the city and province.

though mine was the E version. same engine specs with the J

We have a 2002 Revo VX200 (2.0 gas) and we're just getting 4 kilometers per liter (pure city driving). does anyone own a revo? whats your gas consumption?

    Have a cousin with the VX200... think it's similar, between 4.5 - 6.

Ganyan talaga... big vehicle, automatic, underpowered engine.

I have a VX200 burgundy red, the very 1st batch.by far i'm getting 6.7- 6.9kms/L. My suggestion for you is to install a cold air intake (filter) in a customized chrome pipe, get a better sparkplugs like Splitfire, customize your exhaust pipes w/ a bigger diameter & transform it into a dual exhaust (in chrome tips), using gas additives like STP or by petron will be great too(though im still on research about the long-term effect)....then you rev it from zero to redline once the light is green.you'll love to hear the growl of your engine. and last but not the least install a turbonator. you can purchase it online. I hope i've helped you in many ways.

try doing what rufboxster is recommending - (aside from using engine oil additives and the turbonator)... You'd probably get good results...
