January 8th, 2011 10:25 AM #1What's the recommended odo reading for Timing Belt replacement?
How much would it cost in terms of original parts and labor?
How long would it take?

January 8th, 2011 12:24 PM #4This post may be totally out of the topic/not specific modelwise but just to give you an idea and ballpark figures...replaced mine though it's a Honda Civic 2005 timing belt*Php1.5+ Belt tensioner*Php6.2K labor *casa Php2.5k...replaced as well the front crankshaft oil seal and front camshaft oil seal thnk for about 1.5K for both seals. a total of around Php12k. The Job itself would just take 2-4hours of wrench time.
Last edited by Jiggs; January 8th, 2011 at 12:27 PM. Reason: added info

January 16th, 2011 01:08 PM #7Thanks for the info. We did change timing belt, upper & lower oil seals, tensioner bearing, alternator belt, and alternator bearing. less than 5k including labor.
