Hi guys, help naman. I'm planning to change the seat cover of my altis 11th gen. Papaano ba tanggalin yung rear seat?

i don't have an altis, but this is how i raise my (non-toyota) rear seat. i don't know if this might help:
"look around the bottom of the seat on either end, for something, a tab or something, that you can pull. then pull it. then raise the seat".

Nong nagpalit ako ng rear seat cover pinagawa ko sa isang gumagawa ng mga seatcover (hindi kabisado ang mga kotse) hinila nya yung rear seat pataas don sa side na malapit sa sandalan kaya nasira yung rear seat cushion lock. Ang tama daw (hindi ko naman nasubukan) hihilahin mo lang pataas yung rear seat sa kabilang side (malayo sa sandalan) then matatanggal mo na rear seat.

usually may "U" shape hook naka attached sa foam. doon mo ilagay ang mga fingers mo at biglan hila pataas with enough force

Hindi ko alam ang tamang term pero ang ibig kong sabihin ng rear seat ay yung inuupuan na cuchon separate sa sandalan

that's barbaric! in my old sentra, there was this tab/ring to pull on either side of the rear upuan's inu-upuan. then the culchon could easily be lifted out..

Wala sya sa altis na tab/ring na puede na hilahin. Meron sya U hook na nakahook sa sandalan.

i tried googling...
either my server is slow, or i have a party line..

but i did it, anyway.
and from what i gathered, one should pull up from the front of the rear seat.
kapain ng daliris nyo sa ilalim, hanggang may makapa kayong "tukod". i-suksok nyo ang fingers nyo on both sides of this "tukod" and pull up. then do the same to the other end. there's a picture there that explains it better than i can describe..

Wala sya sa altis na tab/ring na puede na hilahin. Meron sya U hook na nakahook sa sandalan.

try nyo muna tanggalin ang sandalan then sa upuan or vice versa. baka lang naka harang ang sahalan sa upunan or vice versa.
check din baka naka may bolt sa mga gilid nito o kaya ask na lang your SA

pull up lang yan. mahirap sa una,..pero madali na sa mga susunod na pagtanggal. just be carefull not to rip anything off...and pull near the area of resistance...opposite the backrest. isuksok mo kamay mo sa ilalim malapit sa clip..then just pull up. theres also a single hook malapit sa backrest the keeps the seat in place.

Done with 10K kms PMS. 3400 lang nagastos ko. 4 liters lng inavail ko na regular oil kase may sobra pa ko half liter. Included na diyan yung tire rotation saka wheel balancing. Less 10% for parts and labor. Not bad for the price. May free meal pa :-) toyota bel-air the best so far sa mga natry ko na casa.

Dko pa sa kanila pinapa roadtest e.. Pag mejo hindi na busy.. Iiwan kase ulit kotse e.. Kaya pala ko may 10% discount ginamit ko pambayad toyota mastercard :-)

Normal lang po ba yung unang bukas ng AC walang lamig ng mga 1 minute? Parang fan lang tapos bglang lamig naman after a minute.. Twice na kase nangyari saken yun.. 2 days ko kase hindi nagamit kotse. Baka dahil don kaya? Pero super lamig naman ng AC ko..

^^^ nope di normal yan... kahit na ba 1 month mo pa di nagamit dapat di ganyan katagal lumamig..
try this 1st, before switching off the engine, switch off 1st the a/c button. on the next day after start the engine then switch on the a/c.

Nope, not normal bro. almost instantaneous yung lamig na lalabas.

Yung AC ng auto ko pangalawang balik na sa casa, napalitan na compressor e hindi pa rin maayos. Sabi service advisor ko i endorse na nila sa TMPI

Sa mga casa meron, same sa vios. 850 ang isa kaya wag mo na ipasok sa insurance kung turn signal lamp lang ang problema
