Anyone who owns an M/T variant either E or G of the new model? Comment lang po sana on the engine performance. Same feel po ba dun sa gen10/10.5? Maganda raw po kasi yung new CVT but if mamaximize yung engine thru the M/T and may improvement dun sa previous model, I'll opt for stick shift nalang.

I think same sya since the new altis and the previous gen share the same engine.

I need your opinions.
For 2.0V what is your preferred color between gray and black?
Yung gray maganda sa 1.6 versions dahil silver ang mags but medyo out of place yung kulay nya sa maitim na mags ng 2.0V.
Yung black naman parang nawawala yung mga curves pag tiningnan mo at monochrome lang sya tingnan kasi walang contrast sa mga black portions ng bumpers.
Sa tingin ko talaga pearl white and pinakamaganda because of the contrast with the mags and the black portions sa front and rear bumper but my wife only wants either gray or black. Voted out na yung pearl white, red and brown at syempre nasunod lang naman ako. hehe.

I got the grey and I have received a lot of compliments on the color.

Why not White? If only it were available for the G, I would have gotten a White. It's an elegant color. White reflects heat and gives a bigger illusion.

Grey din vote ko. Set na ako na yan kunin sa 1.6v ko until nalaman ko na beige ang interior sa 1.6v. So pearl white kinuha ko instead.

I really wanted white pearl since i think ito ang pinakabagay na color for the 2.0V with the aero kit, all black interior, predominantly black wheels and it contrasts well with the black portions of the front and rear bumpers. I just saw a RAV4 display in white pearl and it's really gorgeous. But my wife vetoed it because in principle ayaw nya mag add just to get a color and I can't convince her otherwise so we have to choose between the regular colors, black, metallic gray, red mica and dark brown.

We both don't want red so out na sya.
I just saw a brown 1.6 yesterday and like R.Paul maganda sya sa 1.6 but said parang off sya with aero kit.
I also saw a black 1.6 yesterday and it looks good too. Just can't imagine the color on the 2.0V. Parang magiging all black naman yung car, black paint, black predominantly mags, black interior and black tint, because i plan on tinting the car black too. Mukhang ok naman but my current car, a 2000 Corolla is also black and madaling mahalata mga hairline scratches.
Like _Cathy_ said mas mukhang mainit because it absorbs heat.

Sa gray naman, I saw a lot of 1.6 also and it looks ok to me. parang dark brown yung feeling ko sa kanya. Don't know if it will blend well with the aero kit. Advantage nya hindi masyadong halata mga scratches like white pearl.

I haven't seen a 2.0v on the road yet so I guess we will just have to see it in the flesh or ask for pictures 2.0V in all the color to decide.

We got the 2.0 V in black. Try looking at it from the front with the daylight running lights turned on. Its elegant and bad ass (as bad ass as a toyota can get) at the same time

sa mga dealers yata sir meron na. not sure with other shop. I called up Toyota and they have sidevisor, luggage tray etc. yun nga lang mas mahal compare sa mga car shop.

guys pede nyo ba ko bigyan ng driving tips para efficient ang konsumo ng altis ko in detailed sana hehe? ^_^ newbie driver kasi. 6-7km/l sabi sa metro walang method ginamit sa pagcompute. walang harurot na takbo kasi new driver talaga lol at ingat na ingat. 4 days pa lang sya.

tsaka ano mas magandang fuel na gamitin?

mudguard wala daw kasi lowered na daw ang altis yun ang sabi saken ..pa post dito kung magkaron or kung magkakaron

Baka po mga converted. Marami po qumagawa nyan. Meron po thread dito about HID projector lights conversion.
