Totally agreed. You get better deal through financing as dealer's get more income. The last time when I bough my car was also spot cash but my dealer discourage me instead offered a financing...
Thanks for the quick reply C 4 U.... Can you pm me the contact number of your sales agent? Thanks
Hi. You can choose a dealer that is most convenient for you. Just tell them you got the offer from Toyota Makati, Pasig and CubaoI am sure they will match that
I just inquired on the luggage tray and it costs P2.5k! That is double the cost of the luggage tray for the Gen 10 Altis. I am not sure if it is worth it![]()
I meant those who avail of financing get better deals in terms of freebiesI don't like installment also bec I hate paying for interest.

Hi guys, decided to get an Altis. Question now is whether to get the 1.6v or the 1.6g. Please help me out which has better value. Thanks
Perhaps I can give you some advice but at the end of the day you still decide...
push start system - gusto mo ba itong features na pagstart ng engine ay di ka na maglalabas ng key just simply press the start button??
smart entry - itong naman ay di ka na rin maglalabas ng remote key. The doors can then be unlocked and opened by simply pulling the handles. When leaving the car, the door is either locked by touching a button on the door outside handle or simply walking out of range. Cool di ba?
back up sensor - useful ba ito sayo pag reverse parking ka? disc rear brake - self explanatory already
The above mentioned features ay sa 1.6V na wala sa 1.6G at yung ibang na di ko na mention ay pang borloloy lang IMHO.
the 1.6V & 1.6G have a price difference of 64K based on SRP. Do you think those features are very useful to you otherwise if not then just get the 1.6G? Good luck...
It was mentioned previously that the 1.6G is a good buy since the difference in features between the G and V are not too much.
My loaner 1.6V does not have leather seats. It's still fabric.
Leather or not, I'm happy that it now gets 10.1 km/L on short trips in light city driving.
200k for the 2.0 gets you 17" rims and better tires (I'd say worth an extra 50k), real leather seats (about 30k), LED headlamps (about 20k), neat body kits (about 20k), black interior (no price but I'll value this at 10k), paddle shifters (10k), and most importantly, a faster engine (worth about 100k more). Overall it's a fair deal for what you're getting with the 2.0.

I say get the V. the 64k difference is definitely worth it. These added features are:
Smart Entry System
Push Start/stop
Bluetooth
Vanity mirror lights
Front & rear park sonars
rear disc brakes
rear sunshade
chrome strip on door handles
chrome plating on inside door handles
chrome accent on register
Immobilizer
These standard features are definitely worth more than 64k.![]()
