Thanks. Parang gusto ko maniwala sa nabasa ko somewhere on this forum na mas matipid daw ang CVT compare to MT when it comes to highway?

Impressive! Is this from the reset of TRIP B? So you ran 33.2km on 21.3Km/L?

33.2 km on 21.3 km/L means you used only 1.56L, which is very, very, very prone to error. The on-board computer isn't that accurate when you use less than 10L of fuel. Imagine, at 1.56L, if it was 1.75L (0.2L difference), it would already go down to 18.97 km/L.

Which is why I always advise that if you want to have conclusive proof that your car can really do a certain mileage, make sure to use up around 10L to have a lower margin of error.

I see. Still impressive tho. I was about to get a 2.0V pero my friends changed my mind (Nakapag pa Retrofit, leather seats, headunit, mags na daw kasi ako under 100k. Well, they're right. Habol ko lang sana is the 2.0 engine ) . I'll try to do a Manila-Manaoag run kapag nakuha ko yung 1.6V this week and compare it kapag nakapag pa first 1k PMS na ako.

For me. Kung naka vios kana at city lang ang ipapalit mo, i think wag ka na magpalit coz they are just the same level... im just wondering why masyadong tinaas ng city ang price range nila... yes mag maganda ang city ngaun in exterior and features than mirage vios almera.. but still city parin sya... ung price nya is too high na konti nalang ay civic lancer and altis na. No doubt between altis and city ofcourse sa altis ako...a more descent and respected car than a city. Just my opinion...

Correct sir. Ang dami din kasi ng added features ng City kaya siguro nila tinaas ung pricing and it simply sells well. Nagulat lang ako when I asked some friends dito sa office kasi mas madami yung vote sa City. Majority of them answered because of the brand itself... But anyway, I respect their opinion..

Just finished my 5000 km PMS. Ang mura talaga magmaintain ng Toyota! P494.05 lang total bill ko, no oil necessary since I used FS oil on my 1k PMS.

I don't use TGMO. Toyota allows me to bring my own oil.

My 1k PMS was 500 pesos, plus 5L of synthetic oil. I also get my FS oil for a cheap price so my total PMS really doesn't cost much.

Thats why your PMS cost is so low because you source your oil from the company you are associated with and not from toyota

Oo nga. From the start naman sinabi ko na na yung PMS cost ko walang oil na kasali. I'm not trying to mislead anyone that PMS costs 500 pesos with oil. Synthetic oil will cost upward of 500/L. I've always posted the breakdown so that others can see that the cost doesn't include oil.

And even then, TGMO isn't all that expensive. But if you want affordable PMS without sacrificing your car's performance, go for semi-synth which can also last 10,000 km if not driven in extreme conditions, as long as same API rating as FS (usually SN for the good oils).

Did they stamp the warranty booklet? Or sa system lng naka reflect? Amazing cost. Sa breakdown nakalagay yun 5k check? I wonder if the 10k will be written on the invoice for yor 10k pms.

Yup, just a month and a half between my 1k and 5k PMS. Road warrior eh haha. Yes, sa BGC pa rin ako nagpapamaintain, I like their service there.

Yup, it's on the warranty booklet:

I didn't quite get your second question, but if you're referring to the invoice details for my 5k PMS, here it is:

Yes sir. If you're somewhere here in Cavite you can check them out in Silang. Mang Berto also owns an Altis 2014 V variant.

Altis owners, my car locks and unlocks using the remote key without any sound. Is this selectable or talagang silent lang? 1.6G variant.

Mukhang wala talaga. Sa manual kasi parang yung may Smart Entry lang. I think ito yung V variants.
