This includes oil(mineral) & oil filter replacement among other things they inspected.

The Service Advisor also told me na I should have the tire rotation/balancing as well every 10k.

Reasonable ba to? I was only expecting something that will not breach 3k.
What's the billing breakdown? My 10K service at Toyota North Edsa cost 2.9k. This included mineral oil and the oil filter (4L oil asI still had an extra half liter of Toyota oil from my last service stop).

My recent 25k service at Toyota Shaw cost P1,400++ (I brought my own oil).

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Here's the breakdown:

    1. Labor -1.8k
    2. Filter - 350
    3. Oil - 1k
    4. Others - 900
    5. Tire Rotation - 400

I should probably go somewhere else during my PMS, grabe Global City.

^ Mukhang harang nga ah. My 10K PMS labor charge was P1,377.60 (this was December 2012). There isnt any separate charge for tyre rotation as well (kasama na sa 20,000kms check-up charge).

Mas malapit pa ung Shaw. Pwede talaga sa kanila magdala ng oil?

Yep. You can bring your own oil. Just have your PMS scheduled so you don't have to wait. For regular service i'm quite happy with them; sa pag-aayos lang nung complaint ko sa " tok/tog" sound sa brakes sumasablay.

Hi Sir Vinj. I am surprised to know that there is a toyota casa that allows bringing or own oil/oil filter. Toyota north edsa doesn't allow bringing of own oil, although I was really treated well naman during my 1k PMS.

Yeah. I started asking around after I got frustrated with North EDSA not allowing me to bring my own oil (otherwise they are okay). Since we have our other family cars serviced at Shaw or Pasig, i asked the SA there first and they confirmed that we could bring our own oil. Now if only they could resolve that brake caliper noise.

Another update. Taking a cue from some of the guys on the Vios thread, I started using Shell Nitro+ (95 octane) on my Altis. Nawala yung "tope" that i would encounter at low rpms under certain conditions when i was using Petron XCS (95 octane also). Will need to observe further if there's any change to my FC (will need another 2-3 tank-ups first).

Hatak pataas usually; needs a little force (huwag lang brutal). :D

I usually use the OEM Toyota washer fluid and mix it with some water. P100 more or less for 1L at the CASA.

The water reservoir? Just mix it 50-50 with the Toyota washer fluid. Pag masyado marami yung washer fluid, its seems to soapy for me when i use the washer.
