I wouldn't also because i know how to look for a second hand car.

But if i knew sh** about cars and would buy a second hand, i would pay premium for a certified unit.

lets say for repoed car ni toyota, then exterior no issues, no dings and scratches

will they do the hassle na mag dismantle pa ba ng panels to check?

i mean is it a must for them? more of it aint broke why fix it?

Ang galing ng pagka alambre, di mo talaga mahahalata. Just sharing my experience.. be careful regardless of whether its 2nd hand or 'certified' by Toyota
Other than the alambre, are there any other issues? What car model is this and what year? Bakit ginamitan ng alambre? May putol bang clips?

I'm also thinking of getting a 5 year old car (or younger)

I honestly think Toyota Certified is the best option available...

Most cars from local sites are "assume balance"

We all know cars from used car centers were retouched to look good...

Repo cars are "as is" basis

Its a 2010 fortuner. Yes yung sa side fender that clips to the bumper sira na.. putol ngipin so walang pagkakapitan. Pinaayos ko recently with another Toyota dealer, replace bumper and bumper assembly..

if owner is willing to chance it... lateros can probably fabricate a working "replacement" part and weld it to the fender. the rust-resistance of the finished product will depend on the pintor's skill.
ganito ang gawain dati. a few decades ago.
    much cheaper, i would imagine.

Baka naman naputol lang ang bumper clip dahil naglagay ng accessory?
